Thus, when a Saint Ruler reaches the epito of the Ninth Heavenly Layer, they choose to sever their connection with their Saint Weapon.”

Dugu Feng grew dark, “I can only assu that there is sothing we don’t know. Otherwise, why would the Saint Rulers at the Ninth Heavenly Layer believe in such a fairytale without a doubt?”
