Lu Yao and Liu Shiting ca into the dorm room one right after the other.
They had both chosen the sa elective: Music Appreciation.
They had just gotten back from class.
The reason they were in the sa class was that Lu Yao had seen Liu Shiting sign up for Music Appreciation and decided to pick it as well.
Her excuse was that it would be nice to have a companion in class.
But in reality, she just wanted to get closer to Liu Shiting.
When Lu Yao walked into the dorm room and saw Jiang Silu fiddling with sothing, she asked curiously, "Lulu, what are you doing?"
Just then, Jiang Silu pulled a laptop out of a box.
Lu Yao was stunned. "Whoa, is that a new laptop?"
Song Miaomiao, who was standing nearby, was also surprised. "Huh? Lulu, I didn’t realize you got a new computer."
Jiang Silu was just about to explain.
But Lu Yao squatted down and peered into the box.
"Whoa, Lulu, why are there n’s sneakers and a jersey in your box?" she imdiately started prying. "Are you secretly dating soone? Don’t tell these are all gifts for your boyfriend, are they?"
Jiang Silu quickly shook her head and explained awkwardly, "A relative sent these for my brother. They’re just being stored here for now. I have a design competition coming up, and my current laptop gets a little laggy when I’m working on my drawings, so I was thinking of using my brother’s new one for a bit."
"What brand is this? Let see." As she spoke, Lu Yao took the laptop from Jiang Silu and started examining it.
Seeing Lu Yao’s pushy behavior, Song Miaomiao was left speechless.
Jiang Silu replied, "To be honest, I don’t know what brand it is. I’m not very familiar with electronics."

She looked at Jiang Silu excitedly. "Lulu, this laptop is so gorgeous, I knew it had to be expensive."

"S-Sure..." For a mont, Jiang Silu didn’t know how to refuse, so in the end, she could only agree.
After playing around with it for a while, Lu Yao handed the laptop back to Jiang Silu. "By the way, Lulu, let’s have a dorm mixer in a few days. The upperclassn from my dance club have been bugging to set one up. Shiting, you in?"
"I’ll see. I might have to go ho in a few days," Liu Shiting replied, not refusing outright.
"And what about you, Lulu?" Lu Yao asked.
"Huh? ...? I’m pretty shy around people I don’t know, and I never know what to say. I think I’ll pass," Jiang Silu said awkwardly.

Jiang Silu was at a loss for words. She turned to Song Miaomiao, asking, "Miaomiao, are you going?"
Song Miaomiao hadn’t planned on going. After all, any event organized by Lu Yao was bound to be boring.
But seeing the plea for help in Jiang Silu’s eyes, she hesitated for a couple of seconds before finally nodding. "Alright, fine, I’ll go. I’ll go with you."

After all, she had already shown their photos to the upperclassn.
And they were only interested in Jiang Silu and Liu Shiting.
So Lu Yao turned back to Liu Shiting. "Shiting, if you’re free that day, you should co too! It’s not often all four of us in the dorm do sothing together. You can’t miss it!"
Seeing that Jiang Silu had decided to go to the mixer, Liu Shiting relented. "Alright. I’ll check my schedule. Just let know the details ahead of ti."

She figured it was normal for classmates to help each other out.

"No problem."
Jiang Sifan imdiately headed over.

Then she followed after Jiang Sifan, calling out, "Babe, I want the Boya Juexian!"
