At this, Jiang Yixia was stunned. "The center of the comrcial district? Impossible. I went and looked myself last night. There weren’t any vacant shops."
"Funny you should say that. Turns out, there was a shop owner who wanted to transfer his lease," Lu Fan said with a grin. "We hit it off right away, so I had movers clear out his things overnight."
Jiang Yixia was skeptical, clearly not buying his story.
