"Mom! Mom, how are you?"

At this mont, the burly man who had just acted rushed in, shouting as he stord into the ergency room.

The next second, as Qin Feng was about to conduct further checks, the man squeezed next to him, causing him to frown imdiately.

"This is the ergency room. Family mbers need to leave; don’t delay our treatnt."

He reminded the man.

"Doctor, please, you must save my mom!"

The man grasped his hand tightly, repeatedly saying,

"It’s all that beast’s fault that my mom is like this. You must save her!"

"Out!"

Qin Feng’s face imdiately filled with displeasure, and he softly scolded.

The man seed like he wanted to say sothing more, but after glancing at the old lady on the hospital bed, he let go, reluctantly leaving the ergency room.

"There’s no ti, take her to the operating room imdiately, prepare for cranial surgery."

Qin Feng looked at the data on the monitoring instrunts and imdiately made a decision.

In this situation, there’s no ti for a priority check-up; simultaneous operations have to be initiated.

Cerebral hemorrhage and cerebral infarction are two entirely different severe conditions, with higher danger levels!

In terms of pathological chanisms, cerebral hemorrhage is caused by rupture and bleeding of intracerebral arteries, while cerebral infarction is caused by blockage of intracerebral arteries.

Cerebral hemorrhage often has a history of hypertension, usually occurring during exercise, labor, or emotional excitent, which aligns with the patient’s condition.

Cerebral hemorrhage starts rapidly, the condition is severe, progresses quickly, and within hours can present symptoms like headache, vomiting, and hemiplegia, with a high probability of sequelae.

Moreover, the mortality rate is higher, accounting for more than 20%-30% of all strokes.

"Okay! I will arrange it imdiately."

Zhao Yitian rushed out as if flying, while three nurses also entered the operating room to prepare in advance, and the old lady was wheeled into the operating room.

Qin Feng walked out of the ergency room, hearing the painful moans still coming from the side, then went over to take a look.

The man who ca in together was now lying on the bed, appearing weak and sowhat disoriented.

Xiao Jing was treating the wounds on his face, while his fractured right arm was temporarily fixed, waiting for the orthopedic doctor to perform surgery.

"Dr. Xiao, have the checkups co out yet?"

Qin Feng walked in and asked.

"Yes, they are here."

Xiao Jing handed him several just-released dical reports.

"Soft tissue contusion on the face, slight fracture of the nasal bridge, fracture of the right ulna, clearly caused by an external object."

Qin Feng nodded in agreent with the report, which was consistent with what was displayed.

"Later, add a brain CT for him to prevent any unexpected conditions; it looks like he’s been hit hard."

After saying this, he turned to leave. The man’s current condition mainly involved external injuries without any damage to vital organs.

The old lady’s situation was quite critical now; surgery had to be done imdiately, or she wouldn’t survive.

In the ergency operating room,

Qin Feng and Zhao Yitian were disinfecting and preparing to take the stage.

At this mont, the old lady had been anesthetized and was lying quietly on the operating table.

About ten minutes later, all the examination reports were sent over.

Based on the historical dical records, it could be confird that the patient had a history of cerebral hemorrhage.

Combined with the cranial CT scan, it was confird that this was indeed another cerebral hemorrhage, and the situation was quite serious.

Because of the patient’s advanced age and the added stress, the prognosis was not favorable.

The hematoma in the brain was about the size of half a palm, and the bleeding volu was at least over 30 ml!

Severe brain compression!

The patient had already fallen into a deep unconscious coma.

"Prep the area."

Upon confirmation, Qin Feng instructed the operative room nurse to begin clearing the patient’s head hair.

Imdiately, he donned surgical attire and gloves... everything was done smoothly!

When he stood at the chief surgeon’s position, the patient’s prep was complete.

"Zhao Yitian, you will assist, learn well."

Qin Feng glanced at Zhao Yitian beside him and said seriously,

"Place the patient in a prone position."

Upon hearing this, Zhao Yitian imdiately adjusted the patient’s position.

"Establish a dual venous channel, one in the arm, one in the femoral vein, prepare for blood supply."

Upon hearing this, he imdiately acted, completing the venous access within two minutes.

"Good, now intubate, prepare for craniotomy."

Seeing the accuracy of his actions, Qin Feng nodded approvingly.

Everything was ready.

"Alright, let’s begin."

As Qin Feng finished speaking, his hand extended, and the scalpel fell into his palm.

The first step, separate the scalp.

Using gauze pads to disinfect the back of the neck, then using alcohol swabs for iodine removal and disinfection.

The surgical rasp at the base of the patient’s skull, right where cartilage ets bone, made a careful incision.

"Electrocautery."

Imdiately, Qin Feng began separating the scalp, exposing the underlying skull.

With each layer cut, a scalp clamp was used to lift it, followed by hemostasis.

"Activate the bipolar coagulation for hemostasis."

Everything proceeded thodically, and Zhao Yitian was quietly observing intently beside him, fully focused.

Opportunities like this were indeed rare, especially such complex Stage IV craniotomies from other specialties.

Even in ergencies, it usually required attendance by the chief neurologist or the departnt head for surgery.

Soon, the patient’s entire scalp was cut open; next was the separation of the tissue layer beneath the aponeurosis.

"Hemostasis! Saline solution."

Qin Feng used forceps to gently invert the base of the scalp flap, covering it with saline on the surface.

Scalp treatnt complete!

"Periosteal elevator."

Qin Feng separated the periosteum from the inside of the incision, then began cutting the cranium.

Zzz~

A sound like electrocautery cutting through bone echoed, creating an ever-lengthening arc on the skull.
