A thick black smoke suddenly burst from the underground chasm, congregating into a dense mass of blackness in mid-air. It roiled and churned, ultimately forming into the head of an evil ghost.
This evil ghost had no body, only a giant head.
It floated in mid-air, its two blood-red eyes, like millstones, blinking and radiating a crimson glow.
"Hahaha... Suppressed for tens of thousands of years, I’ve finally escaped!"
The evil ghost roared with laughter, its voice so powerful that the surrounding mountains began to tremble. After all, as a ghost of the Eternal Realm, its power was truly earth-shattering.

Ye Yun’s expression turned sowhat grim. This evil ghost from the Divine Land had a powerful restriction placed within its mind. The mont he tried to access its mories, the restriction would automatically activate, obliterating the evil ghost. Fortunately, he had already reached the Divine Monarch Realm. An ordinary Eternal Realm Cultivator would likely have been killed or severely injured by that.
"Ancestor, what on earth just happened?" Jun Moxiao asked, his face pale, his voice laced with lingering fear from his position nearby. The evil ghost had suddenly exploded, and the unimaginable power unleashed almost scared him to the ground. Fortunately, their Ancestor had intervened and dissipated the aftershocks of the explosion.
