Inside the elegant room, Ye Yun gave a faint smile. He was indifferent to the unpleasant scene that had just occurred. The few insignificant ants were beneath his notice. His sole goal was a Heavenly Moon Order. As long as there were no issues with it, Ye Yun wouldn’t kill these vile people. At most, he would give them a punishnt they would never forget. However, it hadn’t occurred to Ye Yun that Heavenly Moon Orders could be both real and fake.
"Cat Treasure, do you know how much a Heavenly Moon Order is generally worth?" With nothing better to do, Big Black Cat turned to Cat Treasure and asked.
Cat Treasure recalled for a mont. "The price of the Heavenly Moon Order varies each ti. The lowest has been at least 100,000 Spirit Stones, and it was reportedly sold for up to a million Spirit Stones at its highest."
"What? A million Spirit Stones? Isn’t that too high? Is such a small Heavenly Moon Order worth so much money?" Big Black Cat exclaid, his face etched with astonishnt.
Just the entry ticket to the Heavenly Moon Secret Region—a place only Nirvana Realm cultivators could enter—cost a million Spirit Stones. The cost was simply too high. As a wandering Nine-tailed Spirit Cat, he found such an exorbitant price unacceptable. Over the years, Big Black Cat hadn’t accumulated many Spirit Stones, only a little over a hundred thousand in total.
At this, Cat Treasure shook her head. "Actually, a million Spirit Stones isn’t much for so prominent families or Sects," she said. "It’s said that the Cassia Trees in the Heavenly Moon Secret Region bear a fruit that can improve a person’s comprehension and aptitude if consud. If spending a million Spirit Stones can enhance the comprehension and aptitude of a family’s Disciple, it’s quite a worthwhile investnt."
Big Black Cat, recalling so legends about the Heavenly Moon Secret Region, snorted coldly. "It’s not that easy. There are indeed many Cassia Trees in the Heavenly Moon Secret Region, but not all of them have such magical effects."
"That’s true. Everything depends on luck. Besides, with so many people fighting over it, one might not even make it out alive." Cat Treasure nodded, her expression exceptionally solemn.
Ye Yun looked at the two of them and said with a smile, "Money is a small matter. As long as I can get the Heavenly Moon Order, there’s no need for you two to argue here."
Big Black Cat chuckled, hurriedly picked up the teapot to pour so water into the cup, and then said with a smile, "My lord, please have so tea."
Ye Yun glanced at the tea leaves and shook his head. These tea leaves are truly terrible.
He poured the tea from the cup onto the ground. Then, with a light wipe of his wrist, he took out a few tender green tea leaves and placed them into the cup. Instantly, an indescribable, exotic fragrance filled the air.
Big Black Cat took a light sniff and imdiately felt a sense of profound well-being, as if his very soul was about to ascend.
Big Black Cat stared at the vibrant green tea leaves, asking in disbelief, "My lord, what kind of tea is this?"
He discovered that the surface of the tea leaves was covered with nurous fine Dao patterns. These patterns emanated a sort of Super Divine Dragon Breath of the Great Dao. This discovery left Big Black Cat stunned, frozen like a sculpture. His lord actually has such good tea!
Ye Yun glanced at Big Black Cat and said, "This is a type of Immortal Tea."
"So it’s Immortal Tea!" Big Black Cat exclaid in realization and quickly poured more hot water into the cup. The fragrance instantly intensified.
Nearby, Cat Treasure had been so shocked she hadn’t uttered a word, only greedily inhaling the rich aroma. At this mont, she felt she was on the verge of breaking through to the Eighth Layer of the Divine Bridge Stage.
Observing Cat Treasure’s state, Ye Yun gently flicked a drop of tea from the cup with his finger. The droplet flew out, landed on Cat Treasure’s delicate red lips, and flowed past them into her mouth.
The mont the tea entered her body, Cat Treasure trembled. Instantly, her cultivation base surged, reaching the Eighth Layer of the Divine Bridge Stage.
Cat Treasure opened her eyes, her voice filled with joy and amazent. "My lord, I... I’ve broken through!"
"Congratulations," Ye Yun said with a smile.
HISS! Big Black Cat drew a sharp breath. He had clearly seen it all. His lord had rely given Cat Treasure a single drop of tea, and she had broken through an entire realm!
He rubbed his hands together and said fawningly, "My lord, could you perhaps spare a little tea for as well?"
"Why not?" Ye Yun replied with a faint smile.
Inclined to grant his request, Ye Yun flicked his hand gently. A dozen or so drops of tea ford a thin stream and flew towards Big Black Cat, who hastily opened his mouth and swallowed it all.
After swallowing the tea, his eyes widened in disbelief as he felt an incredible transformation within his body. The next mont, his body trembled slightly.
BOOM!
A colossal sound erupted from within him, and his cultivation realm advanced to the Fourth Level of the Heavenly Fate Realm.
"Haha... I’ve broken through too! Thank you so much, My lord!" Big Black Cat roared with laughter, hastily bowing in gratitude.
Ye Yun simply nodded.
"This Immortal Tea... a small taste is enough for you both. Consuming too much would turn it into a poison," Ye Yun said with a smile, taking a small sip from his teacup.
This Immortal Tea, called Mandala Immortal Tea, was sothing he had obtained as a sign-in reward. It was one of many such teas he possessed and was not a product of this world. Its quality was exceptionally high, and its dicinal properties were rather peculiar. One had to be at the True God Realm to even drink it.
Just now, Ye Yun had subtly altered it with a flick of his fingers, neutralizing so of the Mandala Immortal Tea’s potent dicinal properties. Otherwise, Big Black Cat and Cat Treasure would have been instantly poisoned to death.
Mandala Immortal Tea is a type of tea that grows in Hell. It possesses imnse life force, yet also harbors destructive power. For Big Black Cat and Cat Treasure, a small taste was sufficient; consuming more would be harmful to them.
"Yes, My lord." Big Black Cat glanced reluctantly at the tea in the cup and swallowed hard. But since his lord had spoken, he had no choice but to obey.
A woman’s voice suddenly sounded from outside, as clear and lodious as an oriole erging from a valley: "The auction for the Heavenly Moon Order begins now! The starting bid is 10,000 Spirit Stones. Ladies and gentlen, you may begin bidding!"
"20,000!" a voice imdiately called out from a private room in one direction.
"50,000!" another person bid.
"80,000!"
"100,000!"
"120,000!"
The bids ca one after another, and within a few breaths, the price had already climbed to 200,000 Spirit Stones.
Ye Yun remained calm and unhurried, sipping his tea. He knew this auction house had underhanded tactics prepared. Once the price reached 200,000, the bidding frequency noticeably slowed.
Big Black Cat rubbed his hands, growing a bit anxious. "My lord, when are we going to bid?"
"Let’s bid now," Ye Yun said with a smile after a casual glance in a certain direction.
"300,000!" Big Black Cat bellowed, jumping the bid directly from 250,000.
"400,000!" soone from another private room shouted.
"450,000!" Big Black Cat snorted irritably.
"480,000!" the other private room continued to bid.
"500,000!" Seeing that the occupants of the other private room were determined to compete, Big Black Cat threw out another price.
Once the 500,000 Spirit Stone bid was announced, that private room fell silent.
"Hmph! Trying to compete with Old Cat? You damn fool, you clearly don’t know who you’re dealing with!" Big Black Cat chuckled smugly.
