There was a thunderous boom that resounded in the sky as Nathan suddenly changed his strategy. The golden dragon that was fighting the apparition of the sealed inheritance of the Thunder Lord suddenly charged forward and wrapped itself around the latter.
The apparition tried to struggle and remove the golden dragon coiling on its body, but all its efforts were futile. The golden dragon stubbornly attached itself to the apparition and even bit the neck of the latter, sinking its sharp teeth into it.

Looking from another angle, it seed like he was holding a miniature sun in the air. This golden sun illuminated the entire sky above the mountain range as the temperature rose dramatically.
But miraculously, none of the threes nor the ones fighting in every corner of the mountain range were burned despite how high that temperature was, which was enough to turn the whole place into blazing land.
Not long after, Nathan threw the miniature sun below, which descended and headed straight to the unmoving apparition.

In the anti, in the place where David and the others were fighting the mutated subjects, the four could not help but pause a little due to the sudden change.
The failed experintal subjects that were attacking them aggressively earlier suddenly halted their assaults after the loud roar earlier. All those subjects seed to be frozen in their places while turning in a certain direction.
The group confusedly looked at the subjects. They thought for a mont before deciding not to think much about it.
It was a perfect opportunity to strike!
But before they could even make their moves, the sky suddenly shone brightly, which attracted their attention. At the sa ti, the surrounding temperature was turning hotter with every passing second.
A mont later, they realized that it was Nathan who did that phenonon.
They quickly regained their senses after a mont. They were about to resu the attack when they saw that all the failed experintal subjects started running away and headed in a certain direction.

The group was stunned for a mont and stared blankly at the sight in front of them. Then they looked at each other and asked confusedly.
"Did they sense danger from the Martial Skill that Sir Dragon King is using?" muttered David as he was also quite shocked at the sudden turn of events.
"They are running away and planning to hide?" said Jerimiah with an expression full of surprise and disbelief.
Vincent remained silent and calmly watched the failed subjects running away. He observed their actions carefully before turning to Laurent. "They look like they are answering a summon."
Laurent also found it odd and seed to realize sothing. "Yeah. Their pause earlier is when we heard that world-shaking roar. It seems like that roar has summoned them."
David thought about it and nodded his head. "Now that I think about it. It seems like the case."
He then started sprinting and chased after the running failed subjects. "Quick! Let's follow them. We might be able to find the main entrance of the base of the opposing side!"
The other three nodded his head and quickly followed him.
It was at that mont that David heard John's voice coming from the communicator. "We found it! We found it! It looks like Shin is able to successfully infiltrate their ranks! He even sends us the signal!"
"Did you find the entrance?" asked David instantly.
"Wait, I will forward the coordinates that he has sent to us," replied John as his hands were busily typing on the keyboard.
Not long after, David received the coordinates. He looked at his advanced watch and linked it with the virtual map that he currently had. And imdiately after that, he saw the exact location of the entrance that they were looking for.
Looking closely into it, he discovered that they were actually heading in the sa direction as the failed subjects. "Our guess is right! These mutated human monsters are heading to the entrance of the hidden base."
He then pressed the communication device attached to his ear and said. "Tell all of our forces to quickly head in that direction! It seems like sothing happened within the base, which was why all of these mutated creatures are being summoned."
"You can also ask them to outrun the mutated creatures if possible and block the entrance if they can. We have to prevent them from entering the base and besiege our people inside," he added full of urgency.I think you should take a look at
"I'm on it right now. I've just sent the ssage to all the units," replied John from the other side of the line.
After that, David put down his hand and turned to the other three. "We are picking up the pace. Let's overtake these guys and head straight to the entrance ahead of them. It seems like sothing serious happened."
With that, he suddenly increased his speed while executing an advanced ntalism movent technique while also activating a haste rune at the sa ti. His figure turned into a streak of light that flew forward and instantly outrun the running failed subjects.

At the sa ti, the other three also executed their respective movent techniques.
Jerimiah leaned his body slightly forward as his feet suddenly sank to the ground. His actions produced a series of cracking sounds before it was followed by a loud explosion.

Dirt and rock fragnts flew in the air as his figure suddenly disappeared. A sonic boom also followed him as he trailed a path ahead while instantly catching up to David.
Vincent did not do anything fancy. He just accelerated and caught to the two in a casual manner while also leaving a series of afterimages behind.
Laurent was slightly behind them as he could be the slowest among the group. Regardless, he was still able to keep up with the three while utilizing all the movent techniques that he knew from his arsenal. It was not his, especially after all.

In the anti, Shin and the others finally regrouped with the rest of the students after sending out the signals and ssages outside. They also collected a few data from the computers that they had restored. The data that they had gathered might be incomplete, but it was better than nothing.
Julieta and Tir quickly organized everyone and assigned different roles while getting ready to move. They already got the entire blueprint of the underground laboratory, so they already got an idea of how to escape.
So of the students help the injured while also carrying the others who could not fight while the others were protecting them. The rest would take the lead with Tir spearheading their formation.
Moving with such a huge group would be hard. But since all of them were very experienced, they could at least keep up with the formation while moving.
Roar!
Rumble!
They were about to move out when a deafening roar suddenly made them pause for a mont. Then it was quickly followed by the intense shaking of the entire laboratory.
The group struggled to regain their footing due to the shaking, especially the ones that were carrying and helping the injured students. There were also others who started falling on the ground while holding their ears due to the loud roar.
The outside could not sense it, but the ones who were inside the laboratory could clearly hear and feel the might that ca from that roar.
It was not an ordinary roar as it carried a ntal attack that could affect the ones with weaker minds. The elite students who did not major in ntal tempering started kneeling on the ground due to the sudden ntal attack that they just suffered.
Shin frowned deeply when he realized what was going on. Fortunately, he possessed monstrous willpower, so he did not get affected.

He was thinking that the Professor had successfully finished his experint and created the 'vessel'. Little did he know that it was the Professor himself who turned into a monster due to the sudden betrayal of Butcher.
"This doesn't look good," he muttered with a serious tone.
At the sa ti, Julieta was helping the others who failed to resist the ntal attack while muttering to herself. "What was that?"
Tir, who was fully on guard and currently looking out for everyone, was currently wearing a solemn expression. Out of everyone, he was the one who could clearly sense how strong the owner of that roar was. And from what he could tell, it seed to be soone that was much stronger than everyone o them combined.
"This is serious," he muttered solemnly.
Rumble!
Not long after, everyone heard the rumbling sounds of rapid and chaotic footsteps coming from the distance.
The expression of everyone suddenly turned serious and looked in the direction where those footsteps were coming from.
"Go to your respective positions and get ready for the battle!" shouted Tir as he quickly took the pair of axes hanging on his back and wielded them.
