Ye Qiu wasn’t sure, so he decided to go up and take a look first.
Together with Louise and Zhou Wenting, he took the elevator up the skyscraper. They arrived at the thirty-sothing floor, then stepped out of the elevator. Ye Qiu and Zhou Wenting followed Louise to the office of a place called Kevin Perfu Studio.

Els stood up and said.
After Ye Qiu closed the door and looked around carefully, he found that this place was very different from dostic offices, quite simple, with just a computer desk and so books and materials on it.
There weren’t many chairs inside either.
"Here’s the thing; we’ve heard your company is up for sale, so we ca to inquire."
This perfu research lab focuses on researching perfus and then selling the perfu patents. The employees here are all at the master’s level or above.
But as to why they want to sell it, it’s clearly because they can’t continue anymore.

Louise introduced.
Els didn’t pay much attention to Ye Qiu; he didn’t expect that this young Asian-looking man was the boss.

If Dr. Els doesn’t sell, he might have to file for bankruptcy and dissolve the studio.
Of course, it’s best if soone else takes over, as his reputation wouldn’t be affected then.
Ye Qiu, Louise, and Zhou Wenting listened for a long ti and learned that, at its peak, the annual inco exceeded a hundred million euros.

"I’ll go back to teaching."
He was still a professor at the University of Paris, only coming here when he had ti.

"Let Miss Louise negotiate with you at that ti!"

Upon leaving the office, as Dr. Els personally saw them off, Ye Qiu, Louise, and Zhou Wenting got on the elevator and went down.
When they got into the car, Ye Qiu said, "Louise, you can discuss with Dr. Els; five hundred thousand is five hundred thousand. But we also need the previous perfu patents, and the perfu factory should be purchased as well. However, the price needs to be negotiated to the lowest.
