As they drove to the farm, the farm’s several managers were already waiting at the entrance.

The man extended his sowhat chubby right hand, greeted Ye Qiu, and asked, “Hello, I’m Andrew, Deputy Minister of Jamaica’s Ministry of Agriculture.”
“Hello, Mr. Andrew, I’m Ye Qiu.”
Andrew looked at Ye Qiu, who was young, yet rich enough to purchase a coffee plantation, thinking he must be a wealthy second-generation from Huaxia.

“If Mr. Ye plans to purchase it all, based on our country’s valuation of the farm, the minimum would be three hundred billion Jamaican Dollars.”
Three hundred billion Jamaican Dollars is approximately two hundred million US Dollars, which is nearly fifteen billion Huaxia Yuan.
However, Jamaica’s entire annual GDP is just seventy billion USD, most of which cos from tourism and services.

After thinking, Andrew said, “Boss Ye, you can have soone reevaluate the price here, but buying it at a hundred million USD might not be approved by the governnt.”
“That’s no issue; after all, there are many Caribbean countries with coffee plantations. I could look elsewhere.”
Sure enough, as Ye Qiu spoke, Andrew felt nervous.
Currently, with more coffee industries in Latin Arican countries, Jamaica’s governnt sees them as less valuable than before.
Moreover, it’s not just Latin Arica; countries in Southeast Asia and Africa also have plenty.
