534: Chapter 0535: Don’t Talk to About Work During als 534: Chapter 0535: Don’t Talk to About Work During als Ye Qiu ca up with a stunning lingerie design in the eting room that even led to Shen Yueru taking the initiative to kiss him.

And the normally sought-after Li Yingjun was rumored to have bad breath and body odor.

These two pieces of gossip spread quickly throughout Xingyue Group.

Now, seeing Shen Yueru walk ahead with a plainly dressed young man trailing behind, it was clear that he must be the impressive designer Mr.

Ye.

When Ye Qiu and Shen Yueru got into the elevator and headed downstairs, female employees of Xingyue Group from other floors would occasionally join them.

They only saw Shen Yueru and Ye Qiu standing to the side.

These female employees usually held the female CEO in great awe.

To their surprise, they now found her with a young man dressed very modestly.

With Yueru present, they dared not say anything, riding the elevator from the twenty-eighth floor all the way down to the underground parking on level B1.

Shen Yueru owned a BMW, but upon discovering Ye Qiu had driven his rcedes AMG, she chose not to drive her own BMW.

Instead, she got into the backseat of Ye Qiu’s rcedes.

Ye Qiu reversed the car and left, heading to the Western restaurant Shen Yueru had ntioned.

“How long have you had your license?”

“About half a month, I guess!”

Watching Ye Qiu confidently handle the large rcedes SUV, Shen Yueru almost thought he was an experienced driver.

In reality, Ye Qiu had only had his license for less than half a month, and he had obtained it through Zhao Ruxue’s connections.

As for why he drove so well, it was because he had absorbed the Soul Consciousness of many seasoned drivers.

Leaving the underground parking of Xingyue Group, Ye Qiu drove toward the Western restaurant Shen Xingru had directed him to.

About thirty minutes later, they arrived at the newly opened restaurant.

As Ye Qiu parked the car and both he and Shen Yueru got out and entered the restaurant, they imdiately recognized it as a high-class establishnt.

“Hello, will it be for two?” asked the female hostess as they walked in.

Primarily, she noticed Ye Qiu’s attire, which alongside Shen Yueru, didn’t seem indicative of a romantic couple.

If they were any other couple, their outfits would have been quite different.

“Yes, for two,” Shen Yueru responded.

“Right this way, please,” the hostess said.

As Shen Yueru and Ye Qiu followed the hostess, Shen Yueru suddenly rembered she had sothing to tell Ye Qiu—sothing secret that naturally couldn’t be discussed in the main dining area.

Even if they spoke in whispers, Shen Yueru was worried about being overheard by others.

“Excuse , do you have private rooms available?”

Shen Yueru inquired further.

“We do, but there’s a minimum charge and the rooms are also ti-based.”

Normally, there is both a minimum spending requirent and an additional charge for the ti spent.

So, unless it was for sothing important, private rooms were not usually opted for.

Of course, the benefits of a private room are many: privacy, quiet, no disturbances from others, and many wealthy individuals and officials usually prefer to dine in secluded private rooms.

“That’s fine,” said Shen Yueru.

The hostess then led Ye Qiu and Shen Yueru to a private room nad ‘Spain,’ as all the private rooms here were nad after different countries.

Inside, Ye Qiu found the private room to be quite spacious and comfortable, especially when sitting down with the air conditioning on.

“Miss, here’s the nu.”

The waitress handed the nu to Shen Yueru, who glanced over it and saw the usual array of steaks and other common items found in high-end Western restaurants—there wasn’t much difference at all.

Of course, she was here to treat Ye Qiu to dinner, primarily to thank him for his help with the lingerie design sketches, but she also had sothing else she wanted to discuss with him.

“Do you have any recomndations?”

Shen Yueru asked.

“There’s a very nice couple’s set al that’s quite affordable.

However, since you’ve booked a private room, there is a minimum spending requirent.”

After looking at the couple’s set al, Shen Yueru noticed it was steak again, but not bad—it was imported steak.

Besides, if there was a spending requirent, all they needed to do was order a slightly more expensive bottle of wine.

“Then let’s have one of those sets, and also a bottle of red wine for three thousand RMB.”

After taking note, the waitress then left the private room, closing the door behind her.

“It seems we’re not a couple, are we?”

Ye Qiu asked.

“Does husband cake actually contain a husband?

Would buying a house that cos with a wife actually include a wife?

You’re too naive!”

Shen Yueru said coldly.

She didn’t take it seriously at all.

Of course, she didn’t want to co for a al with Li Yingjun, which obviously suggested reluctance.

Ye Qiu felt the sa.

Sitting there, Ye Qiu didn’t say anything more because he felt that he had more to talk about with Shen Xingru rather than with Shen Yueru, the icy CEO, with whom conversation was sparse.

“I’d like to talk to you about clothing design,” she said.

“Don’t talk to about work during a al!”

“You!”

Shen Yueru was furious.

Normally, people discussed business over als, but now Ye Qiu was the one who specifically didn’t want to talk during a al.

Of course, Shen Yueru knew why he said that—he simply wasn’t interested.

Yet, she couldn’t understand why Ye Qiu was so talented at clothing design.

“Then, can you design for an outfit like the one the model Amy wore?”

Shen Yueru asked.

“We’ll talk about it when I have ti.”

Shen Yueru was maddened.

She had thought she knew what to expect, but to her surprise, Ye Qiu’s usual way of speaking was even more infuriating and he plainly ignored her.

No sooner had Shen Yueru finished speaking than a knock ca at the door, and a waitress entered, carrying a side bottle of wine and a wine opener.

After opening the wine bottle, Ye Qiu sniffed the aroma emanating from it and then examined the wine bottle.

He knew that this bottle of wine wasn’t a knock-off, but it would be worth just a few hundred RMB at most overseas.

It appears that these wines are indeed massively marked up—the better the wine, the more staggering the price.

Seeing Ye Qiu’s reaction, Shen Yueru understood that he must be soone who drank often.

Moreover, Shen Yueru knew that Ye Qiu wasn’t short on money, so indulging in red wine was certainly easy for him.

The waitress then poured half a glass of wine in each of their glasses before confirming they didn’t need any other service, after which she stepped outside the private room and closed the door.

“I have sothing to tell you!”

“Sa as before, don’t talk to about work during a al,” he said.
