Based on the underwear thief’s recent cri locations and timings, Ye Qiu speculated that the thief was operating near the northern girls’ dormitory.
Ye Qiu, Ning Yun, and Zhou Shaohui made their way to Ye Qiu’s car, then got into it.
This was the first ti any of them had been inside Ye Qiu’s car.
Ning Yun took one look at Ye Qiu’s car and knew it had cost a fortune. After all, this multi-million-dollar rcedes AMG was beyond what Ning Yun, as a branch mber of the Ning Family, could ever hope to afford.
“Brother Qiu, is this car yours?”
Zhou Shaohui asked.
Ye Qiu didn’t answer.
He drove to the northern girls’ dormitory area, parked about ten ters away, rolled down the window, and turned off the lights while sitting inside.
The air conditioner wasn’t on, but since it was late at night, the temperature wasn’t as hot as during the sumr heatwave.

No one knew how much ti had passed, but Ning Yun and Zhou Shaohui nearly fell asleep.
Sitting in the car was comfortable, and it was late enough to feel drowsy.
However, Ye Qiu stayed fully alert. He believed that, if his speculation was correct, the underwear thief would definitely show up.

Soon enough, he noticed a car co to a stop nearby, and two figures got out.
One figure was dressed similarly to Ye Qiu’s usual casual attire, complete with a scholar mask. The other figure seed vaguely familiar to Ye Qiu.
But for now, he couldn’t fully identify them.
“Brother Qiu, soone seems to be coming,”
Ning Yun whispered.
“Let’s wait and watch.”
The young man wearing the scholar mask and dressed like Ye Qiu looked incredibly sleazy, his deanor resembling that of a thief as he approached the girls’ dormitory.
Since the underwear thief had begun targeting Jin University Campus, the girls living on the lower floors had stopped hanging their washed clothes on balcony railings at night, fearing theft.
Nowadays, only the girls on the middle and upper floors dared to hang their laundry outside.
The masked man nervously moved around the dormitory building’s lower level. Then, as he purposefully turned his head back, the other man took photos of him with a phone.
Ye Qiu watched, his disgust growing with every passing second. Even the way the masked man walked seed to be imitating Ye Qiu’s usual gait. No wonder people were beginning to suspect Ye Qiu of having such an inappropriate hobby.
“Brother Qiu, it looks like the guy is hanging a few pieces of underwear on the balcony railing of the first-floor dormitory, then using a bamboo pole to knock them off,”

Ye Qiu was even more astonished.
This guy was unbelievable.
Finding no underwear to steal on the first floor, he decided to plant it himself and then instructed his accomplice to photograph him removing it.
This was a deliberate act of framing.
And clearly, the framing was designed to make Ye Qiu look like the culprit.
It was the first ti Ye Qiu—or even Ning Yun and Zhou Shaohui—had witnessed soone stoop to this level.
“Did you record everything?”
“I just recorded it. But with the phone cara at night, it’s not very clear,”
Ning Yun replied.
He was also curious about who had a vendetta against Ye Qiu strong enough to go to such lengths.
Not even soone with his temperant would resort to this kind of behavior.
As the two n finished planting evidence and tried to return to their car to leave, Ye Qiu shouted loudly, “Catch the underwear thief!”
The pair never expected to be discovered.
And as Ye Qiu shouted, the surrounding area lit up instantly.
Even the distant security guards hurried over.
“What do we do?”
The two n panicked and rushed for their car, trying to escape.
Little did they expect, they’d been exposed.
“Oh, so you think you can just leave?”
Ye Qiu sneered coldly.
Ning Yun and Zhou Shaohui lunged forward, causing the pair to drop all their tools. The car nearby, whose driver realized sothing was amiss, imdiately sped away, abandoning the two n.
Ning Yun and Zhou Shaohui wrestled the two thieves to the ground. The four of them rained down punches and kicks, leaving the two writhing in pain and incapable of standing when the university’s security guards arrived.
“Where’s the underwear thief?”
“These two punks. And these are their tools,”
Ning Yun said.
The security guards inspected the scene and found a bag filled with won’s intimate clothing, clearly stolen from the dormitory.
“Who are you people?”
The security guard captain asked.
“I’m Ye Qiu. These two punks have been impersonating to commit theft,”
Ye Qiu replied.
The captain looked at Ye Qiu and then at Ning Yun and Zhou Shaohui. “Let’s head back to the security room to sort this out. We’ll call the police in the anti.”
The masked man, along with his accomplice, was grabbed and escorted to the security room as Ye Qiu and Ning Yun followed.
At the security room, the captain asked, “Did you steal all this underwear?”
The pair kept their heads down and denied it.
“Brother Qiu, let beat them up first. We’ll figure out who’s behind all this afterward,”
Ning Yun suggested.
As a branch mber of the Ning Family, Ning Yun didn’t fear the university security guards in the slightest.
Ye Qiu sat silently, determined to find out who was trying to ruin his reputation.
Ning Yun and Zhou Shaohui moved in to land more punches and kicks on the pair, but the impersonator quickly shouted, “Don’t hit us! Don’t hit us! It was Yun Shao who ordered us to do this!”
“Who is Yun Shao?”
Ye Qiu demanded.
“Yun Xiang, and Bi Yuntao and Dai Naizhao,”
The impersonator answered.
Ye Qiu recognized these three nas.
It seed Yun Xiang had been pursuing Li Qianqian, but aside from her birthday celebration at Jiangnan Spring earlier, Ye Qiu hadn’t encountered the trio elsewhere.
Who would’ve guessed that it was these three working behind the scenes to ruin his reputation?
“Where are they now?”
“Bi Yuntao was just in the car. He drove off.”
“Forget them for now. What you need to do is clear up this whole ss, or I’ll beat the crap out of you,”
Ye Qiu said coldly.
The pair didn’t dare respond. They had only done it because Yun Xiang had paid them well. Little did they know they’d be discovered so quickly.
Before long, police officers from the local precinct arrived.
After taking detailed statents and docunting the case, the two culprits were taken back to the station. Ye Qiu, Ning Yun, and the others headed back to the boys’ dormitory for the night.
