Lin Xuan Qi turned around to the direction where the voice ca from.
A young man who looked the sa age as he was ca towards them, with many guards and servants behind him.
The young man wore a cotton robe, with a fur coat, trying to look as if he was soone who lived in the wilderness and that he was a tough man.
Most notable among the young man and his guards was that all of them had a sword hanging by their waist.
Their swords were well crafted and carved with inscriptions, unlike those that were used by martial arts fighters.
Lu Ting frowned when she saw the young man.
"Huo Fei Li, what are you doing here?
"Shouldn’t you be dealing with the Huo Clan’s business in the capital?" She shouted back at the young man.
Huo Fei Li gave Lin Xuan Qi a stare before giving her a smile and said, "Ting Er, I was worried about you, my future wife. You shouldn’t be out here in Hong Feng City with the rebellion going on."
Then, he glanced at Lin Xuan Qi, pointed at him and said, "Was he giving you trouble?"
"No, stay out of what I want to do." Lu Ting protested and glanced at Lin Xuan Qi apologetically.
That frustrated Huo Fei Li, and he stared at Lin Xuan Qi again.
He would deal with him if he wanted to try sothing funny with his future wife.
However, he was stumped for a mont when he saw Lin Xuan Qi with his face full of smiles, smiling at him.
He didn’t know what the expression was about.
Lin Xuan Qi was in fact glad for his intrusion.
From their conversation, he figured that this future husband of Lu Ting would be great for keeping her away at a distance from him.
"I think that there must have been a misunderstanding..." He nodded his head at Huo Fei Li and said, "...I shall not intrude on your conversation anymore. I have more work to do and it’s ti for to get back to my mansion."
Lin Xuan Qi turned around and walked towards his horse carriage.
"Wait, Master Lin..." Lu Ting had more to say to him but she was stopped by Huo Fei Li.
"Tell who this man is." Huo Fei Li didn’t want to let go of it and asked.

"Master Lin is going to get married pretty soon." Lu Ting replied.
"Is he?" Huo Fei Li didn’t expect the answer and he glanced over at Lin Xuan Qi.
But he got suspicious once more and shouted at Lin Xuan Qi, "Prove to that you are getting married soon."
Lin Xuan Qi frowned and pointed at his nose, "?"
Huo Fei Li must have been soone who was used to getting things to go his way.
Either the Huo Clan was so powerful or Huo Fei Li’s family doted on him very much in his upbringing.
And maybe worse, it might have been both.
"Who are you to demand that from soone you don’t know?" Lu Ting shouted at Huo Fei Li and she ca up to Lin Xuan Qi to bow at him.
What was Huo Fei Li thinking. She thought to herself with anger.
"I’m so sorry about that. I will make it up to you when I’m done with Huo Fei Li." She apologized and said.
Make it up how? Lin Xuan Qi thought.
He was in need of the materials to make the Alchemy Furnace and maybe she would be able to help.
Her background of being from an Alchemy Clan should be able to help.
"Sure, I understand as your neighbor." Lin Xuan Qi said and emphasized the fact that they were only neighbors.
But Huo Fei Li started to get annoying.
Huo Fei Li had ca up and stood in between the two of them.
"I don’t know him but I know you. Don’t you think you have a responsibility to clarify things for your future husband?" Huo Fei Li pointed at Lu Ting and said.
"You..." Lu Ting rolled her eyes and wanted to curse at him.
They were only future husband and wife to be because of their elders.
She had no feelings for him.
If she had a choice, she would run away from it all.
But she knew that she couldn’t.

Lin Xuan Qi frowned and took back his earlier assessnt of him, "Follow my horse carriage. My mansion is near."
He got into the horse carriage by himself and closed the door of the horse carriage.
The door slamd at Huo Fei Li’s face.
Huo Fei Li stood there with his mind blank.
It was the first ti ever that soone did sothing like this to him.
His hands moved slowly towards his sword handle.
"Don’t you even dare to think about it. He is working with the Sima Family." Lu Ting warned Huo Fei Li not to think about anything rash.
That stopped Huo Fei Li from what he wanted to do.
In the end, he stared at Lin Xuan Qi’s horse carriage moving off and he waved at his n behind him.
Huo Fei Li wasn’t dumb enough to go against the Sima Family here in Hong Feng City.
It would an that he would be up against the Sima Family and the Qing Feng Sect at the sa ti.
No Clan in the Da Qian Dynasty could withstand their wrath.
Lu Ting gave out a long sigh of relief when she saw that he had cald down.
If only he could be like Master Lin, she thought silently to herself again.
She shook her head and followed Huo Fei Li towards the Lin Mansion behind Lin Xuan Qi’s horse carriage.
