For the past decade or so, the Wuxiang Sect had been showing signs of decline, their influence in the Sea of Spirit significantly diminished. While they remained one of the Three Sects, their montum lagged far behind the Xuanqing Sect and the Illusion Moon Sect.
As such, the Wuxiang Sect’s interests in the Sea of Spirit had been considerably squeezed.
Especially as the Yang family’s goods beca more prevalent on the market these years. Though the Yang family didn’t directly open shops to sell various goods, they flooded the Sea of Spirit with a large quantity of low-grade commodities, severely impacting the interests of various factions.
