The healer stared at Su Qinglan. He clearly looked down on her young appearance.
He snorted loudly. "Hmph! The younger generation these days is really too arrogant. They don’t even respect their elders!"
Muttering angrily to himself, the old healer turned and walked out of the room.
The remaining beast husbands still looked hesitant. They did not know if they should trust this young female.
But they also rembered the healer’s earlier words. He had told them to prepare graves for both mother and child.
Those cold words had made their hearts turn icy. How could an elder healer say sothing so heartless? They finally stepped back and let Su Qinglan work.
Suddenly, the female who had been shivering in pain let out a long sigh of relief. Su Qinglan had gently held her hand and started channeling her warm energy into her body.
The female slowly opened her tired eyes. She looked at Su Qinglan with surprise and hope. "You... you will help ?" she whispered weakly.
"Yes," Su Qinglan answered softly. "I will help you. Stay strong."
The beast husbands saw color returning to their female’s face.
Hope lit up in their eyes. The father stayed right beside his mate. His big hands trembled as he wiped the sweat and tears from her face.
Su Qinglan looked at him and said firmly, "You just focus on your female. Talk to her, give her confidence, wipe her tears. Do not let her lose focus. I will handle the rest."
The man nodded quickly. "Thank you. I will do as you say."
Su Qinglan imdiately got to work. She used her plant type ability, which had strong healing power.
Gentle green energy flowed from her palms into the female’s body. The exhausted woman felt strength slowly returning to her limbs. The pain eased a little.
With careful movents, Su Qinglan guided the baby’s position. She turned the fetus little by little. "Breathe with ," she told the female. "Slowly... slowly... push when I say."
The father kept talking to his mate. "You can do it. I am here. Our child is coming. Stay with ."
The female gripped his hand tightly. Sweat rolled down her face, but she no longer looked hopeless. Su Qinglan continued guiding her, using her energy to support the mother and ease the delivery. Ti seed to stretch on. Everyone in the room held their breath.
Finally, with one last strong push, the huge baby ca out.
Su Qinglan was stunned for a mont. It was a big, healthy polar bear cub! The little one was covered in soft white fur and was much larger than a normal baby.
No wonder the frail female had struggled so much. In the modern world, this would definitely need a C section. But here, Su Qinglan had managed a normal delivery with her abilities.
The father’s eyes widened. He imdiately took the cub into his strong arms with great care. "My son..." he whispered, voice full of emotion.
Su Qinglan quickly passed him clean cloths. "Clean him gently. I will help your female now."
While the father cleaned and wrapped the crying cub, Su Qinglan focused on the mother. She regulated the female’s breathing and used her healing energy again to stop the bleeding and restore her strength.
The female’s breathing slowly beca steady. Her face gained more color.
Outside the room, the other beast husbands and the healer waited anxiously. When they heard the strong cry of the baby, everyone’s faces changed.
"He was born!"
"The mother is saved!"
The healer stood there with a complicated expression, but he did not say anything.
Inside, Su Qinglan wiped her hands and smiled faintly. The huge polar bear cub was now clean and resting against his mother’s chest.
The father kept looking at both his mate and his child, eyes full of joy and gratitude.
"Thank you," the female said weakly but sincerely to Su Qinglan. "You saved us."
The father bowed his head deeply. "We will never forget this kindness."
Su Qinglan waved her hand. "Rest well. The baby is healthy and strong. You did very well too."
The room finally filled with warmth and relief. The difficult birth that almost took two lives had ended successfully thanks to Su Qinglan’s help.
As the loud and healthy cry of the newborn polar bear cub filled the room, the door burst open.
All the beast husbands who had been waiting anxiously outside rushed in at once.
Their tall and strong bodies quickly surrounded the weak female on the bed. Eyes full of worry and excitent, they looked at their mate and the big white furred baby in her arms.
"Female! Are you okay?"
"Look at our child! So big and strong!"
"He cried so loudly. He must be very healthy!"
The voices overlapped. The female smiled tiredly but happily. She held the cub closer to her chest. The father who had stayed inside earlier also leaned in, his big hand gently touching the baby’s soft fur.
Su Qinglan saw the scene and smiled softly. She stepped back quietly to give them space. These n had been so scared earlier. Now that both mother and child were safe, they could not control their excitent.
"Don’t rush her," Su Qinglan said in a gentle but firm voice. "The female has just given birth. She is still very weak. Let her rest properly. Do not crowd around too much. Give her air and peace."
The beast husbands turned to look at her. They nodded quickly, even though their bodies were still leaning forward with excitent.
One of them carefully helped the female sit up a little. Another brought warm water and a clean cloth to wipe her face.
The father proudly showed the big cub to his brothers, his chest puffed out with happiness.
"Thank you, Female Su Qinglan," one of the beast husbands said sincerely. "We will listen to you. Our female and child are safe because of you."
Su Qinglan nodded and did not say much more. She quietly left the room, closing the door gently behind her.
The mont she stepped out, she saw Han Jue waiting for her. His eyes were smiling brightly, full of pride and softness. He walked up to her imdiately.
