His fingers slowly clenched.

His eyes darkened with coldness.
Then suddenly, he pulled Su Qinglan behind him protectively, completely shielding her body from everyone’s gaze. His tall figure stood firmly in front of her like an unbreakable wall before he slowly lifted his eyes toward Rong Yanchen.
A mocking smile slowly appeared on his lips.
"Elder brother... now you should finally rember your younger brother."
His voice was calm, but every word carried sharp ridicule.
Then he slightly lowered his head in fake politeness and said lazily, "Rong Ye greets Elder Brother."

A terrifying pressure suddenly exploded behind him.

Before he could even reply, Su Qinglan directly hugged him tightly.
An Mo was slightly stunned by the sudden hug. His cold expression softened almost instantly as he slowly wrapped one arm around her waist carefully.
"Yes," he said softly near her ear.
"I’m back."
Then his gaze suddenly fell on the ring resting on her finger. His eyes darkened slightly before he asked quietly, "Did you use it while I was away?"
Su Qinglan blinked before imdiately shaking her head honestly.
"No... I didn’t use it."
She was still confused about that strange ring Xuan Long had specifically asked An Mo to give her earlier.
But suddenly An Mo lifted his own hand calmly. His fingers moved beside hers. Su Qinglan’s eyes widened instantly in surprise.
Because on An Mo’s finger... There was an identical ring. The two rings looked exactly like a pair of couple rings. Her heartbeat imdiately beca chaotic.
She stared at him blankly while An Mo only smiled faintly at her reaction.
Then suddenly sothing appeared in his hand. A small snack wrapped in leaves. He held it in front of her lips naturally and asked, "Do you want to eat? You should be hungry."
Only then did Su Qinglan realize her stomach was truly empty. She imdiately nodded obediently before taking a bite.
The mont she ate it, her eyes brightened. It was unexpectedly delicious. She did not even know what it was made from, but it tasted very good.
