“You ca with hostile intent,” said the young lady after hesitating for a mont.

The young lady’s expression changed a few tis, but she still gritted her teeth and refused in the end. “I won’t let you have it!”
The next instant, her eyes turned golden and endless beams of light were shot from them. They turned into a terrifying attack.
“Huh?” Wang Teng frowned when he sensed the frightening killing intent imbued in the rays.

Black light glowed in Wang Teng’s eyes, dark enough to devour all light.
It only took a split second—the light released by the young lady was absorbed, and the space around them turned dark.
The young lady panicked and shouted, “What is going on?”
All light disappeared in the small area they were located. She felt subrged in an abyss. She couldn’t see anything.

But, the problem was, her attack disappeared.
Everything was dark. No matter how hard she tried, it was useless; no light appeared.
She was confused. What the hell is going on?
She felt a great sense of danger at the mont, causing her spiritual body to shudder. A chill went up her spine.

A few seconds passed. The darkness dispersed and the young lady was still floating there. However, she was extrely weak; her body wasn’t as solid as before.
Wang Teng crossed his arms and looked at her indifferently.
“You!” Only fear was left in her eyes as she stared at the human.

The young lady was unwilling, but she didn’t have the courage to disobey. His cold-blooded expression made her clench her teeth. A thumb-sized object emitting a golden glow floated out of her body.
Wang Teng raised his hand and allowed the object to land on his palm. He looked at it closely and was stunned by what he found.
This looks like a… seed?
There was a strange light force within.
Asking when in doubt was a good habit. Wang Teng instantly did so.
“What is this?”
“The seed of the Tree of Light.” The young lady hesitated but still replied in the end. She didn’t dare to et Wang Teng’s indifferent gaze.
