Inside the manor, Wang Teng returned to his chamber and found his clone seated cross-legged on the bed. He sighed with relief, realizing that no one had co looking for him during his absence.
He then proceeded to stow away the clone and settled himself on the bed, legs crossed, once again retrieving that mysterious and terrifying beast skin.
Wang Teng gazed at the skin with lingering trepidation, unable to fathom how such an inconspicuous hide could exude such dreadful energies.
If not for the Nine Treasures Pagoda condensed using a legendary scripture, he might have been in grave danger.
"What was that aura emanating from the Nine Treasures Pagoda just now?"
Wang Teng wondered, his curiosity piqued. He delved his consciousness into his Inner Cosmos, attempting to sense the Nine Treasures Pagoda.
However, the golden tower had already returned to its calm state, revealing nothing discernible.
The surge of energy had vanished as swiftly as it ca, leaving only a sense of ancient solemnity in its wake, impervious to further scrutiny.
"The Buddha's Sutra is even more mystical than I had imagined," Wang Teng mused. He now regarded the scripture with heightened reverence. He resolved to seek out the remaining teachings for future cultivation.
At the sa ti, he was glad that he had refined the Nine Treasures Pagoda in ti. Otherwise, he might have found it challenging to withstand the skin's ominous energies.
"Wang Teng, it seems this beast skin is quite a treasure," Round Ball remarked, finally regaining its composure. It was in a daze. If Wang Teng's Nine Treasures Pagoda had not shielded them from the skin's energies, it too would have been affected.

Wang Teng nodded, his gaze flickering with a hint of intrigue. His lips curved into a sudden smile.

Wang Teng continued his examination of the skin for a while longer when suddenly a knocking sounded at the door.

While the delicacies made by a Force chef master couldn't compare to those of Wang Teng, a Force chef grandmaster, he couldn't possibly deflate her enthusiasm.
In the dining room, a table laden with fragrant dishes awaited them. Shouzang Caiyun and Guizang Zhu, who had been waiting at the table, rose with smiles to greet Wang Teng. "Wang Teng, co and eat. Sister Xinnuo made so many delicious dishes. We were just waiting for you."
"Everyone's here!" Wang Teng nodded with a smile, making his way to an empty seat.
Yizang Xinnuo also sat down.
The group ate and chatted happily.
He had to admit the dishes prepared by Yizang Xinnuo were indeed impressive. They had reached the master level and were even tastier than those of an average Force chef master, a testant to her extraordinary culinary skills.
After the al, Wang Teng returned to his room.
"Wang Teng, what do you think they wanted to confirm?" Round Ball's figure materialized, asking.

"Why would they think there's a connection to you?" Round Ball furrowed its brows, finding it rather peculiar.
"It's not surprising. I'm probably the only anomaly on the Five Burial Stars now. Regardless, they'll surely want to take a look," Wang Teng replied.
"That makes sense. Looks like you're quite self-aware," Round Ball nodded in agreent and teased him.
"Given the constraints on the Five Burial Stars, now that they've acknowledged my identity, I should leave!" Wang Teng said with seriousness.
"Before that, it seems we need to report to the Academy Arbitration Association," Roundy suggested.
"I'll leave it to you. Make sure to vividly describe what happened here," Wang Teng instructed.
"You're leaving it to again?" Round Ball rolled its eyes, speechless.
"Of course." Wang Teng grinned, stroking his chin. "Rember to report on the incident with the Heishan Royal Clan and exaggerate my sufferings. An eternal-stage martial warrior attacked , nearly causing my demise. Even so, I sustained severe injuries and have yet to fully recover…"
He went on and on, finally concluding, "In short, make sure the academy gets justice."
Round Ball cast a strange glance at Wang Teng, never having encountered such shalessness before. It sighed. "Fine, I understand."
As it was about to disappear to draft the report for Wang Teng, it suddenly let out a soft exclamation.
