"Not up yet?"
Isabella chuckled, "Even my pigs are still sleeping, let alone the newlyweds, Mr. and Mrs. Geoffrey."
Christine smiled sheepishly.
Just then, a gentle voice ca through, "I’ve already started choosing. The designer said they’d bring a few ready-made wedding dresses for to see this afternoon. I’ll choose today... Don’t worry, the designer assured they can have it ready before our wedding."
Christine and Isabella simultaneously turned their gaze toward the source of the voice.
They saw Becca linking arms with Howard Geoffrey, coming down from the second floor, discussing the wedding dress.
As they walked to the door of the hall, Becca naturally helped Howard straighten his clothes, then Howard kissed Becca, and in his affection for her, walked out of the villa.
Becca watched Howard’s departing figure, a sweet smile curving on her lips.
"He’s gone, and you’re still reluctant to part, huh?"
Isabella sneaked up beside Becca at so point, whispering softly.
Startled, Becca awkwardly replied, "No way..." Then she turned and walked towards Christine on the sofa.
Isabella followed behind Becca, teasingly saying, "But, you’re about to beco the wife of a dream guy, no need to hold back."
Christine teased, "Isabella, so your dream guy is Howard Geoffrey? I always thought it was Roger Leonard."
Isabella hurried to Christine’s side, covering her mouth, and whispered, "Don’t let Roger hear that, he’d get jealous..."
Becca sat down next to Christine, at the sa ti taking into her arms a little girl with big, dreamy eyes looking innocently at the adults.
Seeing the motherly look in Becca’s eyes as she gazed at Ivy, Isabella chuckled, "Are you thinking of having a daughter too?"
Becca smiled, continuing to play with the delicate little cutie in her arms, "Ivy, you’re so cute, can you call auntie?"
Ivy waved her chubby little hands, making babbling sounds.
"Are you responding to auntie?"
Ivy babbled again.
Becca laughed at Ivy’s adorable gestures and couldn’t help but give her a kiss.
Isabella laughed, "Looks like Becca really likes girls!"
"As I recall, Howard also likes girls... Every ti he sees Marie, he wants to hug her, and even though Marie is so grown-up, he still rembers to hold her and buy her gifts," Christine added.
Becca nodded, "He’s ntioned he likes daughters."
Isabella chid in, "Then you guys should hurry up and try for a daughter!"
"We’ve been trying, don’t you see how Becca sleeps in until the afternoon every day?"
"Sis!"
"Haha, I knew Mr. Geoffrey was sothing else."
"Isabella!"
Teased by her sister and friend, Becca’s face imdiately turned red.
"Okay, okay, I’ll stop teasing you... But, do you two plan on having another baby?" Christine asked more seriously.
Becca nodded earnestly, "If I get pregnant, I’ll have it."
"And what if it’s another boy?"
"Doesn’t matter."
"But since having Andrew, Mr. Geoffrey has wanted a daughter even more!"
"I know."
Christine hugged Becca and laughed, "Anyway, you must give Howard a daughter, having both a son and a daughter would be such happiness!"
"But what if all Becca has are boys, what then?"
Becca looked at her mischievous friend who posed the question, feeling a bit overwheld.
Christine laughed heartily, "Then Becca should prepare to be like a mother pig..."
"Who’s going to be a mother pig?"
Just waking up, Roger Leonard ca down from the second floor, joining the conversation with the three won.
Isabella glared at him playfully, "Certainly not ."
Roger walked over to Isabella, indulgently wrapping his arm around her waist, "Darling, don’t forget, we also have plans for a second child!"
Isabella elbowed Roger, "Get lost, it was so painful having Ivy, I’m not going through that again."
Roger glanced at Isabella’s furrowed yet beautiful face, suddenly wrapped his arm around her, pulling her aside while saying, "Seems like we need to have a good talk about having kids..."
Watching Roger and Isabella playfully flirting on the side, Becca and Christine couldn’t help but laugh.
"Sis..."
Suddenly, Becca called out.
Christine pulled her envious gaze from the affectionate couple, turning her head, "Yes?"
