Christine Quinn grumbled, "Hey, I’m not soone who overthinks things, alright? I used to worry because I was unwell, but now my health has improved significantly. I want to cherish this ti; I don’t have the energy for anything else."
"Okay." Skyler Jones gently pecked Christine Quinn’s lips.
Christine Quinn leapt off Skyler Jones’s lap, "Look at the shirt I bought for you..."

Howard Geoffrey had just co in from outside when a servant respectfully said to him, "Mr. Geoffrey, Mr. Jones is waiting for you in the study."
"Alright." After responding to the servant, Howard Geoffrey slightly furrowed his brow.
After handing over his briefcase and other belongings to the servant, Howard Geoffrey headed to the study.
The study door was not closed, and Skyler Jones was waiting for Howard Geoffrey.

Skyler Jones’s brow tightened, "Mr. Geoffrey, you’re always busy with noble affairs, so when did you have the leisure to deal with people totally unrelated to you?"
Howard Geoffrey smirked, "The Douglas family father and daughter have always been rather annoying; I just gave them a lesson."
Skyler Jones’s face darkened, "You never act without reason... Tell , did Christine ask you to deal with Jennifer Douglas?"
Howard Geoffrey’s smile remained unchanged, "I’m curious about your tone of reproach right now... Are you speaking up for Jennifer Douglas?"
Skyler Jones’s gaze turned sharp, gritting his teeth, "You know very well how I feel about Jennifer Douglas!"
