Thinking of this amusing scene, Christine Quinn couldn’t help but laugh, and just then, Skyler Jones’s call ca through.
Christine Quinn pressed the answer button on her phone, "Hello..."
"What are you doing?" Skyler’s gentle voice sounded.
Christine Quinn smiled, "Nothing much, just chatting with Mom and Becca." She certainly wouldn’t tell him she was imagining him changing diapers for the baby; she didn’t want to scare him off just yet, she was planning to train him into a super dad in the future.
"Is the baby behaving?"
"The baby just kicked a little."
"Was it hard? Does it hurt?" Skyler asked with concern as he heard this, clearly worried.
"It doesn’t hurt, the baby’s kick is very light, it’s like him telling he’s awake." Christine Quinn smiled softly, emanating maternal love.
"Well, the baby must be just like , caring for you, not wanting mom to suffer too much." Skyler chuckled over the phone, wishing he could hold her right now and feel that tiny movent.
Christine Quinn laughed at his words.
Skyler said, "I’m going to pick up Marie from school, be a good girl and wait for at ho."
Christine Quinn nodded, "I want to eat so cake from the XX Store, please buy it for ..."
"Okay..."
After picking up Marie from school, Skyler imdiately presented the cake to his sweet wife...
Mrs. Geoffrey and Rebecca Quentin couldn’t help but smile at the way Skyler cherished Christine Quinn.
However, no one noticed Marie silently heading upstairs after calling Christine.
Skyler and Rebecca simultaneously noticed their daughter’s lonely figure.
The cake still untouched, Rebecca and Skyler went to the children’s room together.

Because of her pregnancy, Christine Quinn couldn’t move around easily, otherwise she would have hugged her daughter right now...
