Never had she imagined this scene, never imagined such a version of him. It made her mind chaotic, her heart a tangled ss.

"Isn’t it my belongings you’re after?"

After hearing his words, Zhong Qiaohui suddenly realized he hadn’t taken back the black velvet box in her hand.

Zhang Yingxi’s curved fingers touched her face lightly, gently caressing: "Whatever you want, I’ll give you, as long as you don’t leave ."

Zhong Qiaohui sneered at him.

Her expression caused his gaze to darken once more. He suddenly opened the car’s drawer and pulled out sothing black.

"Who are they?" Zhong Qiaohui asked.

Zhang Yingxi held the steering wheel with both hands, looking ahead, he said, "What they want is the item I gave you, keep it secure, don’t give it to them."

"I don’t understand." Zhong Qiaohui suddenly felt a panic and an ominous foreboding in her heart.

Zhang Yingxi seed not to have heard her last words, he only spoke to the robbers blocking their path ahead, saying: "That thing, I’ve already given to you, and you promised to let her go."

"No way!" the robber said decisively, "The agreent was, we need both keys, you must hand over both keys to us."

"That’s impossible!" Zhang Yingxi also said decisively. Then, his foot slamd down on the accelerator.

The wedding car shot out like a wild horse, unleashed. Zhong Qiaohui had no ti to scream, only to hold tightly onto anything she could inside the car, to brace for the impending impact.
