On Gu Nuan’s end, it was Sister Yao who had called. With the irrefutable evidence of surveillance footage, the police quickly located a few others involved, apprehending them at their hos and schools for further interrogation and investigation.
After completing her statent, Gu Nuan ran into Sister Yao who had co looking for her. It turned out that Fang Yongxing’s condition had improved and his wife had returned with a lunchbox to look after him. Sister Yao then hurried out to pick up Gu Nuan.
It was heard that Ou Yanan had left earlier since he wasn’t the target of the attack and his statent took less ti to record. Gu Nuan went straight to Sister Yao.
"What exactly happened?" Sister Yao asked worriedly as they walked together. "I heard they had knives, did they want to kill you?"
Although guessing who was behind it, Gu Nuan really didn’t want to involve Sister Yao and so said, "The police said they are investigating, and we will only know what really happened once they have the results. I have never seen these people before, nor do I know where they ca from or what their purpose is."
