After staying in the hospital for two days, Huo Yishan was finally discharged.
Looking at herself in the mirror, she looked great and her complexion was excellent!
As she faced the mirror, her phone on the bed rang.
“Shanshan.” The call was from Shu Yulan.
“Mommy.”
“Where are you now? Your father and I will co to see you.”
“I’m at the hotel. I’ll send you the address in a mont.”
“Alright.”
Knowing they would et soon, Shu Yulan didn’t chat too much with her daughter but hung up the phone and rushed to the hotel where Huo Yishan was with her husband, Huo Shi’en.
After ending the call with her mother, Huo Yishan quickly checked herself in the mirror again, making sure there was nothing amiss, then turned to change into an outfit she had bought earlier.
Due to the haste of coming to Country A, she didn’t have even a single change of clothes and had to buy sothing temporarily.
Just as she finished changing, there was a knock on the door.
She paused, looking up at the door of the hotel room. Could they have arrived so quickly?
That was too fast.
Walking to the door, eager to see her parents after so long, Huo Yishan impatiently opened it!
The mont the door opened and she saw the man standing outside, she was completely stunned.

Before she could even speak, Li Yuan walked straight in.
Huo Yishan belatedly closed the door, turned around, and looked in surprise at the man who had just gone over to sit on the sofa.
“Why did you get discharged?” She rembered the Doctor saying he needed to stay for two more days for observation to ensure everything was fine before he could be discharged.
Li Yuan turned his head, looking at the person walking towards him. He then lifted his hand and pulled her into his embrace, having her sit on his lap.
“I’m fine now.”
“But the Doctor said you couldn’t be discharged yet.” She looked up, glancing at his head, surprised to see even the bandage was off.
He stared at her, wrapping her entirely in his embrace, a smile on his lips, eyes filled with tenderness and love, “Without you there, I didn’t want to stay in the hospital anymore.”
Sweet words always co unexpectedly; Huo Yishan bit her lip, seemingly forgetting her parents were supposed to co over soon.
“No matter what, you need to recover first.”
“I’m already better.”
“The Doctor said you aren’t!” She glanced at him, unable to resist retorting.
He stared at her, his smile deepening, “Seeing you, all my ailnts disappear.”
“Pfft—”
She couldn’t help but laugh quietly, lowering her head before looking up again, “Why did you co looking for ?”
The sky was already darkening; it would soon be ti for dinner. Could he be here to have dinner with her?
He raised his eyes, pondering for a mont, “Well… firstly, I wanted to see you, and secondly,” he lowered his gaze, his long, narrow eyes eting hers, “there’s a banquet tonight, and I want to take you with .”
Huo Yishan paused, “A banquet? You want to take ?”
“Yes.”
“But you’re not fully recovered; why would you go to a banquet?” Thinking about how he wasn’t even supposed to be discharged today, yet he was talking about attending a banquet.
At this ntion, Li Yuan sighed softly.
Since Huo Yishan was discharged at ten in the morning, and he waited until three in the afternoon, just a few hours without seeing her made him restless, prompting him to get discharged as well.
Upon arriving ho, he saw his parents and the whole family seated in the guest hall, hearing that they were eting a very important guest.
Curiously, he went in and indeed found the guest to be significant.
