Sumr nervously laughed, "Why would I do that?"

My dad smiled as he shrugged, "Call it a hunch."

He looked at and spoke, "You’ve been awfully quiet. No objections or quick interjections like your mom or Kelly or Sumr?"

My dad was on to sothing and he knew it.

I looked at him and shrugged, trying to sound nonchalant, "Sure Sumr sleeps in my bed."

He smiled as he knew he was right but I quickly spoke, "When I’m not ho or I sleep on the couch. It all depends on the day."

I felt Sumr’s eyes on at that admission. Looks like I’ll be having a talk after this.

He frowned at my words but still he spoke, "Really?"

I looked at him and nodded, "Sure."

He looked at Sumr, "Is this true?"

Sumr looked at for half a second before she addressed my dad, "Sure is. Gabe has been really hospitable." As she kicked in the shin, making wince.

Yep. Really going to be having a talk after this.

He looked at us, "And what about all the other girl’s who co and go?"

My mom was about to speak but he held up his hand telling her to be quiet. He looked at us, mainly , "Well how about it?"

I sighed, "Those would be all the study buddies we have for our different classes. All of us share a class or two so they co over to go over assignnts and we all help each other study."

He looked at Kel who quickly spoke, "That’s right daddy. Why are you grilling us?"

He looked at each of us before he returned his gaze to Kel, "I just want to make sure there’s no funny business. I care about your schooling and want to make sure you graduate. That’s all."

He looked at , "And make sure you don’t knock up soone before you’re done with college."

He looked at Sumr, "And because you live under MY roof I want to make sure you finish college as well."

He looked at us, "No offense. I don’t want you to screw up your lives," he addressed , "Because you can’t put on a condom." He looked at Kel, "And you can’t think straight to use proper protection." And he looked at Sumr, "And because you live with them and you weren’t safe."

Kel quickly spoke, "Dad I have the O Plug there’s no way I can get pregnant!"

He looked at her, "I thought you had an IUD?"

She blushed, "I did but I switched to the O Plug. It’s a lot safer and less likely to have an oops."

He smiled at hearing those words but he spoke, "Still I want you to be safe."

Kel groaned, "But I am dad I swear."

He smiled but looked at Sumr. She just returned the notion, "Don’t worry Mr. M I have the plug too and make sure I’m safe....," she glared at for half a second before addressing my dad, "when I fuck my boyfriend that is."

My dad didn’t catch obvious glare but I did.

He looked up and smiled, "So you do have a boyfriend?"

She smiled as she kicked my shin hard, "That’s right Mr. M."

He smiled, "Anyone special?"

She sweetly spoke as she kicked my shin again, "He’s an ass but he’s my ass."

I’m going to be black and blue after this dinner is over.

I decided to defend us, "Co on dad. Do you think we’re stupid to ss what we have?"

He looked at but didn’t say anything.

I continued, "Kel is in a happy place for the first ti since she started dating. Do you really want to harp on her about being safe?"

He spoke, "Well...."

I didn’t let him say anything, "And weren’t you the one who taught us if soone was in trouble to help them?"

He spoke, "Yes but...."

I kept going, "Sumr needed help and WE had the ans to help her. Besides, she hasn’t been slacking off. She helps around with the chores, pitches in for food, and she’s helping Kel and with our school work when we get stuck."

I looked at her, "And her boyfriend wishes he could be here tonight," I caught her smile but I looked at my dad, "But he has his own family to deal with."

He sighed.

I didn’t let up, "Plus she was extrely helpful when Samantha over here started her change."

I reached under the table to squeeze Sumr’s leg and she returned the gesture.

He started to shrink of his high horse. I literally saw him shrink like we were a fucking cartoon as I saw him get smaller.

I looked at him.

Finally he sighed, "You’re right Gabe. I’m sorry."

He looked at Sumr, "I’m sorry and Gabe’s right you did help when the mont ca. You’re more than welco to stay as long as you like."

He looked at Kel, "And I’m sorry for butting into your business sweetie. But I’m a dad....your dad. I just want what’s best for you."

He looked at us, "All of you."

He looked at my mom and Samantha and Jasmine, "Sa goes with you as well."

Samantha and Jasmine had been playing with their food at this point.

Jasmine was the first to speak, "Can I be excused?"
