Reyansh was enjoying himself absorbing Mythical items, one by one.
"Let’s check the 4th item on the list," he stated as a panel manifested before him with information.
[Na: Perfect Core Prism]
[Type: Core Stabilizer]
[Rank: Mythical]
[Description: Stabilizes the mana core and aligns the internal system for optimal performance.]
[Effect:]
1. Synchronizes body, mind and mana.
2. Prevents Instability from use of any kind of energy.
3. Improves growth efficiency.
[Would you like to use the Prism?]
"Simple enough, the Essence was for expanding and purifying mana and this Prism is for stability. The most important of all, no ntion of any kind of discomfort, that’s the real win," He stated, as despite of pain caused earlier, he was looking forward to the version of him that will co out post-hunter’s pack.
"Yes."
The mont he agreed, a transparent prism, the size of a fist appeared. It floated in front of him while it emitted a light which refracted from Prism surface to give a small splendid rainbow.
He didn’t felt any kind of energy from it, just a beautiful prism suspended mid-air.
Then it moved, Reyansh had long been ready for it. However, it didn’t enter the chest rather a bit below.
Reyansh closed his eyes as he focused on the spot. He sensed the prism rging with the mana core.
’That makes sense.’
He braced himself for pain, but nothing happened. He kept his focus on the mana core, the prism completely dissolved itself in mana core and a rainbow glow enveloped the mana core.
There was still no pain, rather a soft feeling of the rainbow glow smoothing out the edges. While correcting any irregularities that may have occurred during expansion and rank jump of mana core.
He kept his senses focused on his mana core while subrged in this feeling. The glow slowly faded and rged completely with the external layer of mana core like it was never there.
[Your Mana Core has stabilized.]
The notification panel prompted Reyansh to open his eyes and read the ssage, confirming what he already felt.
He couldn’t actively use mana due to his location but he could feel the mana in his body was under his control now, more than ever.
"If only all items were this easy and friendly," he remarked as he set his eyes on the final item in phase 2.
As he ntally commanded, the information panel popped up about 5th item on the list.
[Na: Eternal Aether Cycle]
[Type: Mana Breathing Scripture]
[Rank: Mythical]
[Description: It provides information about Mana core and its stages. Along with the knowledge, it provides set of instructions to help in intake of Pure mana from any environnt.]
[Effect:]
1. Establishes continuous mana circulation and constant mana recovery.
2. Stabilize active mana flow during combat and gradual mana growth over ti.
[Would you like to absorb the Scripture?]
"It has the longest description as of yet, but having knowledge is the best thing I could ask for. Otherwise whenever I felt stuck in my cultivation, I would have to depend on others, not anymore." He comnted as he agreed.
The mont he accepted, a book materialized in front of him. Calling it a book would be an understatent because the mont he laid eyes on it as it hovered at his eye level, he felt like he was laying his sight upon the secret of existence itself.
The Scripture had no glow or light bending around it, it just existed. The cover itself seed to made out of mana and sothing that Reyansh couldn’t identify with his naked eye.
Tempted to figure out before the scripture was absorbed in him, he set his eyes on the cover with intent of using True Sight. Sothing he had not used on any other items.
Just as he looked at the cover with the intent of using the True Sight, a stabbing pain erupted in both of his eyes.
AAHHH!
Under a second, he laid his eyes on the cover and removed it. He covered his eyes with his hands because just for a tiny mont, he felt he was going to lose his eye sight.
’What the heck?’ he wondered as he kept his eye closed. He didn’t even wanted to lay his eyes normally because in that micro second beside pain, he felt instinctive fear, sothing he hadn’t felt since he awakened.
Although he understood that instead of natural fear, this was more like induced fear due to object in front. But that didn’t an he liked feeling fearful.
A panel manifested before him, informing him the reason behind this situation.
[Your Existence level is too low to glimpse the secrets of the Eternal Scripture.]
Slowly removing his hand, he read the panel, only to have more questions.
"What is this Existence level now?" he wondered aloud.
Before he could think any further, the Scripture moved slightly. It didn’t enter his chest rather it dissolved in string of particles and entered his brain.
This was a new experience for him as he looked a bit bewildered.
’This book is giving all the wrong kinds of experience,’ he complained.
Like the book was waiting for his reaction, just as he complained, a splitting headache caused him to clutch his head.
He felt like sothing was filling his brain cells with all the information. However, he couldn’t even get a peek on the details at this mont, left only to endure the pain of his brain being overloaded.
’There was no ntion of pain or this isn’t counted as pain?’ he questioned as he gritted his teeth.
A few seconds, the pain finally stopped as information trickled down for him to understand his current situation.
[Your ntal Resistance has increased.]
’That’s good to know.’ He stated as he went over the bits of information he got after the pain subsided.
"Okay, so we asure soone’s strength by rank of their Mana core largely. Existence level is equivalent to this, a scale of dinsion itself to asure a person strength and the possible influence they could have in a said dinsion." He stated as the information settled in his mind.
"So, if I could increase my core rank, I could possibly gaze at such items again, without fear of losing my eyes. Though, I heavily doubt that it would be possible even at SSS-rank."
"This is good stuff, setting the pain and a mont of fear aside, this knowledge really is helpful." He comnted.
Before he could look at any more information, a panel suddenly popped up in front of him.
[Black_Nails09 has subscribed to your channel.]
"What the...why is principal on my channel? Is she trying to look for or this is just a weird coincidence?" He wondered, as this situation seed a bit too coincidental for him to ignore.
He hadn’t even completely digested the news of the principal subscribing his channel. One more notification panel appeared.
[Cat_Empress has subscribed to your channel.]
"Okay, What in the frigging hell? I have no recorded videos neither I am streaming. So who is subscribing the channel at this ti?"
[AN: Hello guys, this arc has more world building and setting up the stakes. It has less action. I have tried my best to make these Chapters as engaging as possible.
However, if you guys are feeling bored or if this arc is stretching a bit too long. Do state your thoughts in comnts.
The story is just finding its rhythm, there is much more fun and interesting Arcs to co.]
