"The CIA is cooperating with that Organization?"
Shuichi's expression turned cold and stern. "...Considering the CIA's behavioral patterns, they would definitely do sothing like this. That makes things a bit troubleso."
Even the FBI was helpless when it ca to this imnsely powerful Arican intelligence agency.
Even if the Black Organization killed nurous FBI agents, as long as the CIA casually claid the Organization was tied to national security, that alone would be enough to block any major counterattack from the FBI.
The first person Shuichi thought of was Fujiwara Toru, whom he had encountered in New York.
That Toru was a textbook CIA operative. Even on Arican soil, he acted openly, conducting a killing spree while completely disregarding the local police.
But in the end, that incident was brushed off. It was all bark and no bite, whitewashed by the dia as just another average shooting case.
Just as Shuichi was thinking of Toru, his superior, Black, said, "The head of the CIA's Japan branch is Fujiwara Toru, also known as Adam Spencer. I think you should already have a thorough understanding of him."
"Fujiwara Toru is Spencer's adopted son. Those two are undoubtedly on the sa side. If he's planning to protect that Organization, then I'm afraid we'll end up clashing with him."
Shuichi nodded slowly.
"Akai, how confident are you in a fight against Fujiwara Toru?"
Black asked with anticipation.
Shuichi lowered his head and thought for a mont before replying, "In terms of sniping, I'm slightly better than him. But in other areas, I'm afraid I'm not his equal."
"I heard he once infiltrated a South Arican drug lord's base by himself and wiped out the entire force in one swoop. He's top-tier in every aspect."
"If I were to go up against him alone, my chances of winning are less than twenty percent."
Black asked reluctantly, "Only less than twenty percent?"
"Unless he only engages in a sniper duel."
Shuichi added, "...But obviously, he wouldn't give up his advantages."
Black sighed lightly. "Then we'll have to proceed with even more caution."
Shuichi turned his gaze to the window.
Eliminating that Organization was the most important goal in his life, second only to finding his father.
Too many FBI agents had died in the fight against the Black Organization.
So were his subordinates, so his colleagues, so his superiors.
He held an intense and deep hatred toward the Black Organization.
...
"You guys are too noisy!"
Eri, who hadn't slept well, threw her pillow to the floor, got up groggily, and shouted toward the bathroom.
Inside, Yukiko's voice rang out again and again, either assuming the soundproofing was excellent or deliberately trying to let Eri hear. The boldness of her tone made Eri ntally collapse.
Yukiko stepped out of the bathroom, leaning against the wall. She was completely naked, not bothering to wipe the water dripping from her body. With seductive eyes, she said, "Eri, weren't you enjoying yourself last night too?"
"It was all your fault for dragging down!" Eri snapped, against her true feelings.
Yukiko pounced on her. Amid Eri's screams, she tackled her onto the bed. Eri struggled fiercely. "What are you doing, Yukiko? I'm warning you, if you don't stop, I'll sue you in court."
Yukiko ignored her completely, then turned her head and shouted to Toru in the bathroom, "Toru-kun, hurry up and make her shut up!"
"Eri, weren't you screaming pretty loudly last night too? Even if you've been divorced for years, you think I don't know what you're thinking? You just care too much about appearances."
Eri gritted her teeth and laughed angrily. "I care too much about appearances? That's because you're shaless."
"What's wrong with being shaless? We already did everything that needed to be done. Regretting it now would just be hypocritical. Eri, don't move. Just lie down like that."
Yukiko had completely let loose.
Her personality had always been a bit rebellious. In the past, she restrained herself with morality, always believing she should be a good wife and mother, raising her child and supporting her husband.
But once her family was endangered, she finally had a reason, an excuse. And once that layer of moral restraint was broken, Yukiko found herself overwheld by pleasure.
The instincts she'd suppressed for over a decade exploded at once, making her so wild even Toru could barely keep up.
You could only say that won of this age were bolder than young girls, willing to try anything.
"Toru-kun, what are you doing? Hurry up and shut Eri up. She's going to start scolding again."
"Coming."
As Toru walked out of the bathroom, Eri's eyes widened. She opened her mouth to say sothing, but with a muffled sound, all her words were silenced.
Toru thrusted forward, effectively shutting her up in a very different way.
Yukiko covered her mouth, laughing, and lifted one of her long, beautiful legs. Her delicate toes tensed as they slid down from Toru's shoulder.
...
"I never thought I'd get so wild with you two."
At an izakaya near the hotel, the three sat down to yakitori and beer, enjoying the kind of relaxed happiness typical of office workers after a long day.
Yukiko swallowed a grilled chicken heart covered in sauce, wiped the corner of her mouth, and said, "Eri, you're under so much pressure. What's wrong with letting loose a little?"
"It's not like you're fooling around with random people. You're just playing with us. No outsiders know, so it's no big deal, right, my dear Toru-kun?"
Yukiko held the last chicken heart to Toru's mouth.
Toru opened his mouth and bit it, chewing as he replied, "I agree with Yukiko-nee."
"You're the one benefitting, of course you'd agree," Eri scoffed with a smile.
She shook her head. In so ways, she was still quite traditional.
She had thought about doing sothing with Toru ever since. With no more moral constraints, there wasn't really a reason not to. But even so, it wasn't supposed to happen like this. This crossed so of her bottom lines, leaving her feeling a bit conflicted.
But since things had already happened, anything she said now would just sound pretentious. Besides, Yukiko was right—she had been willing yesterday. If she hadn't been, Toru and Yukiko couldn't have forced her.
"Don't talk with your mouth full."
Yukiko lightly scolded Toru, picked up a clean tissue from the side, and wiped the corner of his mouth.
That made Toru feel a bit off.
He always felt that after their relationship changed, Yukiko didn't treat him like a lover at all. Instead, her feelings leaned more toward a twisted sort of maternal affection.
Married won really are sothing else.
"I'm not ssing around with you tonight. I've got to head back to Tokyo to et clients. I'm not as free as you two. My work is exhausting ."
Eri took a sip of beer and glared at them.
Yukiko smiled. "I'm a bit tired too. I need to rest properly tonight. We can't wear out Toru-kun either. He needs to recover. Anyway, there's always tomorrow."
"You're still thinking about 'always tomorrow'!" Eri smacked the table.
The three of them continued eating skewers and drinking. After crossing that line, their conversations beca more uninhibited.
Eri shared so bizarre cases she encountered at work, cursing so clients as idiots. Yukiko talked about amusing incidents from her acting career.
As for Toru, he shared a bit about his childhood.
When Yukiko found out Toru had grown up without parents and even spent years in an orphanage, her maternal instincts flared even more, and she pulled him into her arms, making Toru feel awkward.
...
After a good night's rest, the three took the earliest Shinkansen back to Tokyo the next morning.
Japan wasn't very large, and Gunma wasn't far from Tokyo. They arrived at Tokyo Station about an hour later.
In the station's parking lot, Eri found her car and said goodbye to the two. "I'm heading back to the office first. If you're free, ssage the group. We can hang out again."
The three had already made a group chat on Line.
Eri had lived alone for so many years. Now that she had been "moisturized," she looked radiant. It was impossible to say she didn't miss that feeling at all.
After Eri left, Yukiko, wearing sunglasses, kissed Toru on the corner of his lips and smiled. "Toru-kun, I'll leave now too. Don't forget to ssage when you're free."
"Do you need to walk you back?"
"I'm going to the hospital. No need to walk ."
Yukiko politely declined.
Her husband was still in the hospital. She had already betrayed him, and if she brought her young lover there, even she would feel guilty.
"Alright then, Yukiko-nee. Be careful. I'll head back to school now."
"Okay, study hard. Getting into Tokyo University isn't easy."
The two waved goodbye.
After Yukiko got into a taxi and Toru disappeared from sight, the smile on her face slowly faded, replaced by a hint of pain.
She suddenly rembered that she had approached Toru with a purpose.
Toru's real identity was that of a CIA operative, and she had contacted him to complete a mission for the Organization and gather intel.
If Toru found out, would he feel disappointed? Would he co to hate her?
Thinking of that, Yukiko felt a stab in her heart.
Those short three days with him had made her feel like she was in her twenties again, reliving the fiery passion of youth.
On the other side, after seeing Yukiko off, Toru stepped into a quiet corner to answer a call.
"Huh? The FBI sent elites to Japan? Is it related to that information leak?"
"Yes, Boss!"
"Any findings?"
"It appears to be a trap set by the FBI, Japan's Public Security Bureau, and several other intelligence agencies. They plan to catch the mole in one go. We don't have all the specifics yet. We may need to ask the Director."
"Anything else?"
"We found traces of the person you asked us to investigate. She's currently staying at the Tokyo Prince Hotel, and a high school student accompanying her has visited your café multiple tis. They might also be suspicious of you."
"Send the details."
"Yes!"
Toru opened the photos his subordinate sent. Sure enough, it was Sera Masumi, and the one staying at the Tokyo Prince Hotel was undoubtedly Akai Mary.
"As expected of a top MI6 operative. Even when staying in a hotel, it took this long to track her down."
Toru thought for a mont and decided to et with Akai Mary.
Because Shuichi was also in Tokyo.
