Expanding the Star Shattering Sect during the war was far easier than Elder Song and the rest of the elders had expected, as they pretty much encountered no resistance from the local forces who were more than willing to go under a powerful sect that had the backing of two experts in the Soul Ascension Realm. Even though the sa could not be said for the territory under the control of the Onyx, given that the Onyx Empire didn't want to fall out with the Star Shattering Sect, the expansion of the Star Shattering Sect in that place didn't encounter that much more resistance compared to the other region that the Star Shattering Sect was expanding into.
Outside of that, with the different independent sects beginning the process of integrating more with the Star Shattering Sect during this period of ti. The main way that this took place was through the elders of the different sect joining the Star Shattering Sect elders in the process of expanding the territory of the Star Shattering Sect, while the younger disciples who couldn't participate in this began to interact with the disciples of the Star Shattering Sect.
The main way that this happened was through the disciples of the independent sects and the disciples of the Star Shattering Sect taking on missions from the Star Shattering Sect's Grand Mission Pavilion together.
In the end, because of the stream of disciples from the independent sects that entered the Star Shattering Sect over the past few weeks, Elder Song and Feng Chen even ended up implenting plans to construct a new Mission Pavilion outside the Star Shattering Sect in the Falling Star City for the disciple of the different independent sects to use.
Not only lowering the number of people in the Star Shattering Sect's mission pavilion, but at the sa ti also giving the disciples of the different independent sects a chance to take on missions without having to go through one of the disciples from the Star Shattering Sect.
During all of this, Elder Song also made sure to enlist the help of Elder Dust Fairy who was in charge of the servant quarters and the information gathering of the sect. Having her establish a network across the territory of the Star Shattering Sect where the different mortal towns and different powers under the Star Shattering Sect could directly make a request for help if a problem like a demon beast or a demonic cultivator appeared.
In the end, even though she had only been working on the network for barely a week at this point in ti, the number of request flooding into the mission pavilion through it was more than enough to keep the increasingly large number of disciples flocking to the mission pavilion busy for a long ti.
At the sa ti, it was only after the initial parts of this network had been established that Elder Song and the rest of the elders in charge of the Star Shattering Sect realized just how dangerous it was for ordinary people without any cultivation to roam around on their own.
Just the number of requests to deal with rampaging demon beasts exceeded 5000 in less than a day after the initial part of the network had been set up by Elder Dust Fairy… And the area covered by this only encompassed the forr Heavenly Sky Kingdom and a small part of the Azure Sky Kingdom…
Although most of the demon beasts reported only had the strength of the Qi Condensation Realm, it was nothing short of a disaster in the eyes of normal mortals without any cultivation.
Even though the territory of the Star Shattering Sect was far safer compared to the past when it had been under the control of the Heavenly Sky Kingdom or other kingdoms, it was still rather dangerous for ordinary mortals without any cultivation.
Of course, with the establishnt of the information network that could be used by the different mortal towns and other weaker powers who couldn't fully fend for themselves in the face of Foundation Establishnt or Core Formation Realm demon beasts under the Star Shattering Sect, would beco safer in the future with ti.

Even if the strongest expert dispatched by the Star Shattering Sect to lead the expansion had only reached the Earlier Stages of the Domain Lord Realm, they didn't dare underestimate the Star Shattering Sect. After all, it was still a powerful sect with two Soul Ascension Realm Experts overseeing it, a power that the Onyx Empire would do its best to not recklessly offend for no reason in normal tis, let alone now that it was embroiled in a war with the Sky Empire and surrounding empires for the resources in the core region of the Sky Empire.
With this in mind, the five or so Domain Lord Realm Experts present in the partially controlled region of the Sky Empire decided to ignore the Star Shattering Sect's expansion into the region.
The main reason for this was not just because of the orders from above to not recklessly engage the Star Shattering Sect, but also because the Star Shattering Sect also seed to avoid the areas under the control of the Onyx Empire as they expanded into the region.
In the end, because of this, a weird stability and coexistence erged between the people from the Star Shattering Sect and the people from the Onyx Empire, neither of them wanting to needlessly fight the other party.
Given that the Onyx Empire didn't have any energy to spare when it ca to dealing with the Star Shattering Sect at the mont and the fact that they managed to keep the different critical resources in the region under their control, the Onyx Empire was more than happy with such an outco.
At least… Until they finished off the Sky Empire and divided the resources in the core region of the Sky Empire between themselves and the other invading empires, they would exist peacefully with the different branch sects of the Star Shattering Sect that had begun to pop around them.
As for after the war ended… There was no way the Onyx Empire would allow such a powerful sect to erge at its borders after it had just finished dealing with its long-standing enemy, that would simply be asking for trouble in the future when the Star Shattering Sect ended up growing stronger and stabilized its position as a force comparable to the empires around it!

Outside just the Onyx Empire finding itself on edge regarding the newly erged Star Shattering Sect, the other empires located farther away from the Star Shattering Sect were also starting to pay attention to this newly erged power that had appeared at the border of the Sky Empire right next to the Onyx Empire.
The only difference between them and the Onyx Empire being that they weren't so much afraid of a possible war with the Star Shattering Sect. Instead, they were far more interested in the possibility of using the Star Shattering Sect to weaken the Onyx Empire further.
After all, the information about the sudden loss of three Soul Ascension Realm Experts on the side of the Onyx Empire had already spread far and wide. Making them appear far weaker than in the past, while at the sa ti also making so of the empires in the process of invading the Sky Empire think about taking the chance while the Onyx Empire was down to attack them as well.
Even though this might have been difficult to do considering that the Onyx Empire was still strong with their imperial family intact, things might change if the Star Shattering Sect could cause enough damage to the Onyx Empire and make them lose another two or three Soul Ascension Realm Experts.
Because of this, quite a few envoys belonging to different empires had begun to set off in the direction of the Star Shattering Sect.
All with the simple goal of sparking a fight between the Star Shattering Sect and the Onyx Empire…
