Outside of Chun Huang, who had succeed in his lifelong dream of reahing the Nascent Soul realm just before his lifespan ran out, there were countless others like him in the current Star Shattering Sect that had managed to overco long present bottlenecks and reach brand new realms after the sect moved the Shattered Star Peaks and they had a chance to enjoy the dense spiritual qi present due to the presence of the chaotic qi formation.
Because of this, the loyalty of both the disciples and elders of the sect could be said to have far surpassed even an old long-established empire like the Blue Sea Empire.
Though it was not that weird considering all of them had personally been able to experience the benefits of being part of the Star Shattering Sect, be they elders, disciples or even nial servants taking care of the everyday als. Everyone had managed to benefit from the rapid growth of the Star Shattering Sect.
On the other hand, in an empire like the Blue Sea Empire that had been established for a long period of ti already, most of the benefits had already been monopolized by a few major factions. Leaving little for those below, a problem that the Star Shattering Sect would likely also face at so point in the future when its growth started slowing down and resources beca harder to co by.
Although, at the current mont, this shouldn't be a problem before the average level of the elders reached the Domain Lord Realm.
Though… At the point that the average level of the elders reached the Domain Lord Realm, the sect might have expanded to the point that this concern would no longer be there.
Even then, to ensure the fair distribution of resources and also make sure that internal stability remained inside the sect when that ti inevitably ca, Elder Song had already tead up with Wei Chin, the elder from the half spirit race who had managed to break through to the Domain Lord Realm, to start creating the frawork for a law enforcent hall that would be in charge of managing the internal stability of the sect and punish any violators of the sect laws.
Of course, given that it was only a simple frawork of this organization being established at the ti, as both Elder Song nor Wei Chin understood the importance of the law enforcent hall, the mbers who beca part of it at the ti were only those who had been part of the old Flying Sword- and Spring Flower Sect's law enforcent halls in the past.
The main reason not only being the fact that they had been loyal to the sect for a long ti, but also because they had essentially already been taking up their old job of keeping the internal situation of the sect under control beforehand. The only difference being that they were now placed together into a single organization like they had been in the past before the establishnt of the Shattered Star Sect.
As for why this hadn't happened earlier? That was because of the current scale of the Star Shattering Sect making it impossible to operate in the sa way as the old law enforcent halls of the Flying Sword and Spring Flower Sect had.
After all, the two sects back then only had to manage a single main sect with a dozen or so small branches back then.
On the other hand, the current Star Shattering Sect covered an enormous area with close to a hundred branches, the size of the old Flying Sword Sect or Spring Flower Sect. Even so large than that like the Ascendant Frost Hall.
Not to ntion, outside of these large branches, there were countless smaller branches that had been established all across the sect's territory to both manage surrounding powers, while at the sa ti acting as a way for the sect to gather talented children who couldn't make the journey to the main sect and avoid missing them.
More importantly was the fact that it also served as a way for the sect to exert its influence on the surrounding powers. Making sure that none of them dared to act out of turn and go against the sect and the laws it had set down.
At the sa ti, they also serve as important beacons for gathering information and allowing the sect to also stay up to date on anything that happens inside the territory.
In a way, the main reason why the mission pavilion could effectively send out the disciples on missions to hunt down demonic cultivators or demon beasts causing chaos could be attributed to these smaller branches gathering information and sending it back to the sect.
With all of that in mind, a law enforcent hall of the Star Shattering Sect would need to be capable of exercising its power across all of these smaller and larger branches in the future, a simple frawork like the one that had been used in the past by the Flying Sword Sect and Spring Flower Sect simply wouldn't work on such a large scale.
For now, the challenge that stood before Elder Song and Wei Chin when it ca to building up this brand-new organization that would in the future serve as one of the pillars of the sect, was recruiting new disciples and elders.
Although the smaller branches could wait a bit before being integrated into the first part of the law enforcent halls frawork, the Shattered Star Peaks and other important locations like the spiritual tal mine in the old Azure Sky Kingdom and the Ascendant Frost Hall couldn't be avoided and would be among the first to see the presence of this brand-new organization.
After all, those two locations could be far be considered among the most important to the current Star Shattering Sect, one due to the spiritual tal it provided and the second due to it being the strongest subordinate force currently under the direct control of the Star Shattering Sect.
The independent sects, though stronger, could not be considered fully integrated in the Star Shattering Sect yet and still operated in a sowhat independent state, though that would only be a matter of ti, as the disciples and elders of those independent sects beca more and more interwoven with the Star Shattering Sect before completely integrating.
Of course, even with this, the elders and disciples of these independent sects were already considered disciples and elders of the Star Shattering Sect. At the mont being viewed as the largest branches of the sect.
