Shaking his head as he realized that he needed to find out more about the singular path of the Dao Domain Lord Realm before this disciple of his managed to get back to the sect, Xuan Hao soon focused his attention on the other screen that had popped up in front of him after Chu Yang broke through to the Initial Stage of the Dao Domain Lord Realm.

Looking over the hidden main quest that he had completed following Chu Yang's break through to the Initial Stage of the Dao Domain Lord Realm, Xuan Hao's initial excitent at getting sothing that would be able to further increase his strength quickly disappeared before being replaced by one of confusion.
The rewards this ti around were obviously not for him. Instead, as he received the rewards and began to examine them in detail, he realized that all of them seed to have been chosen for the purpose of increasing the strength of the sect.
First off was the mixed spirit tree saplings.
The mixed spirit tree saplings were essentially a little over a hundred small saplings of different spiritual trees that each produced so kind of spiritual fruit that would aid the cultivation of those who consud it. From relatively ordinary ones suitable for those in the Qi Condensation Realm all the way up the Core Formation Realm, to more rare ones that helped increase the power of the soul, being useful to those in the Nascent Soul Realm, Domain Lord Realm and though not as useful, also the Soul Ascension Realm.
None of this was useful for him at his current cultivation realm, but it would be incredibly useful for the sect as a whole and would provide another important resource that would further enhance the foundation of the sect, while also helping the elders and disciples increase their cultivation speed at the sa ti.
As for worrying about waiting for the saplings to grow up? That wasn't a problem, as according to the information given to him by the system about the saplings, they would rapidly grow to maturity the mont they were planted in the ground.
All he needed to do was find a place to plant them, sothing that would be more difficult than it might seem, as he had a feeling one of his disciples might take an interest in those spiritual trees once she learns about the spiritual fruits growing on them…
"A problem for Elder Song- No, let's hand this one over to Feng Chen~" Smiling happily to himself as he decided on handing over the problem of where to plant the spiritual trees to Feng Chen, Xuan Hao went on to the second reward, the General Alchemy Compendium.
From the na alone, he could tell that it was so kind of book with information on alchemy.
However, when he began to look through it himself, he was shocked to discover that it was a compendium of different pill and elixir recipes that aided greatly in cultivation and healing.
Among the recipes, the one that was by far the most important was a recipe for sothing called a Qi Circulation Pill.
Although the Qi Circulation Pill was not that difficult to make and not really of that high grade, it was extrely useful to the cultivation of disciples below the Nascent Soul Realm, as it helped them absorb qi faster, while at the sa ti also aiding in stabilizing and refining the qi once inside the dantian.
If it was just that, the Star Shattering Sect already had so alternatives, but the thing that made the Qi Circulation Pill incredibly precious and valuable in Xuan Hao's eyes was the material requirents for refining the pill, as it required close to nothing in terms of resources when compared to other similar pills.
Another bonus was the fact that the pill itself ca in three different tiers, one for those Qi Condensation Realm, one for the Foundation Establishnt Realm and the last for the Core Formation Realm.
The different tiers being of different difficulty and require different resources. Allowing the lower tier of the pill to not just be mass produced rather easily, but also giving the alchemy disciples of the sect a simple recipe that they could practice and use to advance further.
Looking through the entirety of the General Alchemy Compendium, it seed like it was perfectly designed not just to fill the sect's current needs in terms of low level pills and elixirs, but also perfect training material for the sect's alchemy disciples.
Even though the sect did have a rather established and strong alchemy hall at this point in ti, it didn't hurt to have a stronger foundation in alchemy.
"Handing it over to Pei Yang and having him take care of it now that he is the elder in charge of the Alchemy Hall should be fine…" Muttering this to himself as he decided on who would be the lucky one to help disseminate the information in the General Alchemy Compendium to the alchemy disciples and elders who were interested, Xuan Hao turned his attention towards the final reward.
"Talisman Emperor's Notes on Simple Talismans…" Looking down at the relatively simple and rather thin book in his hands, Xuan Hao could not help feeling a bit excited.
Although the other two rewards were incredibly for increasing the strength of the sect, they were not really that useful to him.
The Talisman Emperor's Notes on Simple Talismans on the other hand, might be able to help him when it ca to improving his understanding of talismans, as he was currently rather lacking in that aspect.
As for when it ca to the rest of the sect… There wasn't really much help to be had, as the current strongest talisman master in the sect was soone from the Spring Flower Sect who had reached the Peak of the Artisan Realm.
Even though the Spring Flower Sect did have a certain foundation when it ca to talismans and had both elders and disciples dedicated to the profession, it was a relatively weak foundation that had been established by a single genius elder that had erged in the Spring Flower Sect's past. The limitations of this foundation were shaky at best and could at most support the growth of Artisan Realm Talisman Masters.
The reason why the Star Shattering Sect had not managed to support the growth of the now rather scarce talisman masters in the much larger and stronger sect was not because anyone in the sect was unwilling to do so. Instead, it was because talisman masters were far too rare and hard to co by under normal circumstances.
So far, the only way the Star Shattering Sect has managed to increase the knowledge of talismans and help the growth of the sect's talisman masters, was through collecting and buying scrolls and books, while also recruiting a few wandering talisman masters who had been found, rescued and then recruited by one of the elders who happened to run into them while out adventuring.
The fact that the Spring Flower Sect even had a rather substantial number of talisman masters and a foundation in the profession could be considered out of the ordinary…
Shaking his head as he thought about this, Xuan Hao didn't waste any more ti as he began reading through the Talisman Emperor's Notes on Simple Talismans and soon enough, he found himself growing more and more excited by the minute.
Not only did the Talisman Emperor's Notes on Simple Talismans contain what could be considered a foundation in the art of talismans, but it also contained more complex and complicated talismans beyond the Artisan Realm.
The so-called simple notes were clearly far higher level than he had first anticipated, but this was only a good thing, as the Master Realm talismans that were present towards the end of the book would be extrely beneficial to producing future Master Realm Talisman Masters.
If the Peak Artisan Realm Talisman Master managed to get her hands on the Talisman Emperor's Notes on Simple Talismans, Xuan Hao believed that she should be able to breakthrough to the Master Realm in a relatively short period of ti. Giving the sect an opportunity to also firmly establish Talisman Hall similar to the Alchemy Hall, Blacksmithing Hall and Formation Hall in the sect.
Outside of that, Xuan Hao also clearly felt that with the Talisman Emperor's Notes on Simple Talismans, he would finally have an opportunity to comprehend the Dao of Talismans.
Even if he couldn't comprehend it, he should at least be able to learn from the Talisman Emperor's Notes on Simple Talismans and be able to improve his own formations masquerading as talismans and make them lose their strength slower.
After all, it wasn't lost on him that the talismans currently in Chu Yang's possession to protect his life in a life death scenario had lost almost all of their strength at this point in ti…
