As the small confrontation between the Blue Sea Empire and the Star Shattering Sect entered a stalemate with neither party willing to go any further than blocking resources from reaching each other's territories, the Blue Sea Empire could only ignore it for now, as they had to deal with the much more urgent threat of the demonic cultivators trying to encroach on their borders. Especially given that it was clear that they wouldn't accomplish anything from enacting a blockade on cultivation resources going into the Star Shattering Sect's territory.
Not just because it was a hidden ancient sect that could sustain itself without any problems, but also because they couldn't stop the Explorer Union from continuing trade with the Star Shattering Sect.

Given that the Blue Sea Empire didn't show any intention of escalating the situation any further for now, there wasn't any threat to the Star Shattering Sect in the foreseeable future.
