About to return back to the sect now that the situation with the strange tree root and its troubleso connection to the sect had been sorted out, Xuan Hao rembered his earlier intention of paying a visit to Gong Cheng to see if he could recruit him to join the sect and thus turned around to quickly pass through the Frozen Wastelands before the situation he had caused earlier ended up drawing any more attention and potentially making travel through the Frozen Wastelands impossible.
Of course, it would still take so ti for both the Blue Sea Empire and the demonic cultivators to properly react to what had just happened, but he still wanted to stay on the safe side and be as far away as possible from the potential chaos that was going to ensue in the Frozen Wastelands due to what he had just done.
After all, even though his main goal had been to draw the attention of the owner of the tree root away from the Star Shattering Sect, sothing that had the ability to increase comprehension without any clear side effects would undoubtedly also draw the full attention of the top echelons of both the Blue Sea Empire and the demonic cultivators of the Frozen Wastelands. Potentially even powerful figures from other major powers.
In a sense, it might even serve as a spark for a true clash to take place between the major powers of the Northern Central Region and the Frozen Wastelands, sothing that he wanted to stay as far away from as possible. Especially so if that clash ended up involving Profound Immortal Realm cultivators at the Land Creation Realm, as soone at that level of strength would pose a real risk to his life. Not just because of their superior cultivation, but also because of his lack of knowledge regarding the Land Creation Realm and understanding of how fighting soone like that.
With all of this in mind, he intended to quickly rush through the Frozen Wastelands before reaching the outer edges of the continent where the Blue Shore Kingdom Gong Chen ruled was located.
Even if he was noticed on his way back to the sect later, he would at most be seen as soone who had been drawn over by the potential battle that had broken out at that point in ti… And together with his identity as soone from a hidden ancient sect, he doubted either side would be willing to draw him into their fight.
Not to ntion, he never intended to linger around and observe in case a battle really broke out and would just be passing through the area, sothing that should be simple with his current comprehension of the Dao of Space, as even soone in the Land Creation Realm shouldn't be able to easily stop him if he wanted to leave.
The main problem would be that he intended to bring Gong Cheng along with him in case he successfully recruited him into the sect as the first Saint Realm profession holder of the Star Shattering Sect.
"For now, I should first secure Gong Cheng as part of the sect before thinking about how to get him back to the sect safely. In the worst-case scenario, I will just wait for the situation to calm down before bringing him back." Shaking his head a bit as he muttered this to himself, Xuan Hao soon successfully made it through the Frozen Wastelands without encountering any problems along the way.
For the first ti in a long ti, he was back in the spiritually deprived outer edges of the continent where even Core Formation Realm cultivators could be considered powerful figures ruling entire nations, but he didn't really pay any attention to this and instead just began making his way in the direction of the Blue Shore Kingdom.
Part of him did want to pay a little visit to the Space Node Stone Mine he had discovered in the past but considering that there was likely a demonic cultivator at the Demon King Realm guarding the place now since his last visit he decided against.
Not so much because he feared the demonic cultivator, but more so because he didn't want to draw any unwanted attention to this place so shortly after he had handled the situation with the strange wiggling tree root, as it would most likely shift the focal point of the upcoming chaos towards his current location if he did so.
After all, it was only so long after he had left the strange tree root in the Frozen Wastelands and it wouldn't be hard for those powerful demonic cultivators to put two and two together and theorize that the one who had taken sothing from the strange tree root had escaped into the outer region of the continent to try and hide away.
In fact, this notion wasn't difficult for them to draw even without him doing anything. The main reason for his confidence in them being unable to act on this train of thought mainly had to do with the Blue Sea Empire's cultivators who would certainly also be interested in the strange tree root and would think the demonic cultivators had taken it away.
All this would ultimately end up cumulating in a clash between the two before the demonic cultivators would be able to explain their thoughts on the situation, as Xuan Hao personally felt that there would be no way that the Blue Sea Empire or other major powers in the Northern Central Region would listen to the demonic cultivators currently invading their territories without any definite proof, they would definitely just think they were hiding the good stuff and enjoying it on their own.
Chuckling to himself as he thought about this, Xuan Hao soon found himself arriving in the sky above the Blue Shore Kingdom.

And with a quick scan of his divine sense, he quickly located Gong Cheng before he began approaching the old man. Ready to do his best to convince him to join the Star Shattering Sect.
