Two months flew by like sand slipping through fingers, as Jeming lost himself in the ti spent on research.

In the mansion’s underground laboratory, all kinds of peculiar energy fluctuations never ceased, and every successful experint made Jeming’s theoretical frawork even more complete.

During this ti, the ongoing renovations of the "Golden Garden," transford from the ruins of Golden Harbor, were proceeding thodically, even exceeding Jeming’s expectations.

The residents who had been transford, motivated by money, worked tirelessly day and night, collecting the morning’s Hundred Flowers Dew for Jeming and maintaining the vitality of the garden.

Their societal structure, as Jeming wished, had initially ford a prototype centered around labor and trade.

Their daily joys, sorrows, pursuits of material things, and desires for life, like small streams, converged into scarce yet pure Red Dust Qi.

The special talisman array placed deep in the garden by Jeming absorbed it, continuously channeling it into the talisman in his Dantian.

On this day, as Jeming was inspecting the garden and planning the next phase of renovation.

Amy and Victor’s arrival at the Wizard Camp broke his relatively peaceful scientific research life.

"Jeming! You rascal, you’ve hidden away here!" Amy’s voice was as crisp and lively as ever.

She wore a light apprentice robe, and at so point, her brown hair had quietly turned golden, the golden strands gleaming in the sunlight.

Victor appeared much more composed, with a tall posture and eyes carrying a hint of subtle fatigue.

"You’re back?" Jeming smiled; he was indeed pleased to see his long-absent comrades.

"Yeah, after a busy few months, we finally caught a break." Amy complained, "It feels like my parents always have endless things to do, and I barely got to spend ti at ho. School too, so many exams and courses to make up... Ah!!! Why don’t you have any make-up exams!"

"Because I’m number one." Jeming answered with a cheeky smile, "Besides, I completed all those assessnts a few years back."

Amy’s face twisted imdiately: "Tsk! It’s so hard to talk to geniuses like you."

Victor nodded: "But in the end, everything is settled. Nolun Workshop has basically completed the initial integration of the Elorcia Plane Group, so we’ll be here for quite a while now."

"That’s great; if you find the camp uncomfortable, feel free to co over to my place." Jeming gestured to his garden with a smile, "Though there are quite a lot of people living here, there’s still plenty of open space for you to choose from."

"No, thanks to you, we’ve both gained quite a few contribution points; exchanging for a territory on the main plane here should be no problem." Victor smiled and shook his head.

Jeming thoughtfully rubbed his chin: "Are you... planning to set up a new family here?"

"A new family is a bit much, just establishing a branch." Victor laughed, looking at Amy, "She’s the one planning to start a new family."

Amy helplessly pursed her lips: "My family only has three wizards in total; what new family could I start? Even if I have land here, it just ans I finally beca independent from my parents."

Halfway through speaking, she glanced at the Elves and Dark Elves passing by to tidy up the garden and suddenly showed a mischievous smile:

"Oh? Didn’t expect you to like this type? I guess I understand, though. Even if you are a genius, you’re still young, understandable, understandable..."

"What are you on about?" Jeming listened to her words with a puzzled look.

Amy had a teasing smile: "Ah, co on, I’m a girl, don’t make spell it out."

"What?" Jeming couldn’t help but tilt his head.

Victor cleared his throat: "Amy, I think you might have misunderstood; look at all the people here, it’s probably not what you think. After all, this is *Jeming* we’re talking about!"

"True, after all, it’s the research fanatic Jeming!" Amy folded her arms with a nod of agreent.

Jeming’s eyebrow twitched, and he directly gathered a fireball in his hand by manipulating the elents: "Never mind what’s up with that weird title, but if you two keep talking in riddles, do you believe I’ll beat you up?!"

"Alright, alright, don’t be hasty!"

Amy leaned closer to Jeming, lowered her voice, and her eyes glead with a hint of gossip: "Do you know? Now at the academy, the Elves from the Elorcia Plane are all the rage! Many people couldn’t contain their excitent after returning."

Victor lightly coughed, reminding Amy to watch her words, but couldn’t help the trace of a smile in his eyes.

Amy continued unconcerned, "Wizards pursue knowledge and power, and while they do not completely reject the worldly desires of the flesh, they are not easily bound by them like ordinary people."

"But this ti, the elves we captured are irresistibly attractive! The appearance of the Elf Race is one of the few that can rival us wizards. In the academy, there are many young people, and those young ones who can’t control their physiological impulses treat the elves as their favorites."

Jeming chuckled at the words.

He now understood what Amy and the others had been talking about.

Although many wizards’ pursuit of beauty is more driven by the exploration of life, law, and art.

When these research subjects themselves have a high aesthetic value, so apprentices, especially those just coming of age, inevitably exhibit a "special impulse."

"So, after the new academy is established, a large number of elves will be transford into ’apprentices’ or ’servants’ of the academy to serve the wizards. So of the more outstanding in appearance might even be kept by certain families as long-term research subjects or... ’collectibles.’" Victor’s words, although calm, revealed the inherent coldness of wizard civilization.

"A new Nolun Academy?" Jeming caught onto the key information.

"That’s right, it’s the Nolun No.147 Academy." Amy explained, "The workshop has already sent out a notice, and the plan for handling the Elorcia Plane has finally decided to establish a new Nolun Academy here, as an outpost for workshop expansion and a talent cultivation base."

"Then, we..."

"We should be the first batch of ntors and rulers of this academy and plane... although we are still only First Level Wizards." Amy spread her hands.

Victor supplented: "Establishing an academy is no easy task. Besides transforming the entire plane’s environnt, we also need to migrate enough population into this plane, and it won’t yield significant results for at least a hundred years."

"I see..." Jeming nodded thoughtfully.

Amy and Victor lingered in Jeming’s garden for a while, marveling at the peculiar and grand "City Garden."

"Alright, we need to check out other places, so we won’t disturb your research anymore." Amy waved goodbye, "Let’s get together properly when the academy is established."

"Goodbye, Jeming." Victor nodded in acknowledgnt, and then they both left the Golden Garden via the teleportation device at the Wizard Camp.

Shortly after Amy and Victor departed, Jeming received a communication request from Professor Clark.

"Jeming, the final allocation plan for your contribution points in the trial has been determined." Professor Clark’s voice sounded more solemn than usual.

"The workshop has cleared the entire Elorcia Plane Community. Valued intelligent life forms, including those divine spirits, have been taken back as servants or experintal subjects. Non-intelligent lifeforms, and so temporarily useless planes, are left in their original planes to continue their natural propagation."

"Based on your highest contribution points, you are fully entitled to choose any single plane in the Elorcia Plane Community, except for the main plane. Moreover, you have the priority choice. The ownership of Golden Harbor can also be retained as your private territory."

Jeming’s heart skipped a beat!

Although he had anticipated this, the actual awarding of this reward made him realize its weight far exceeded his imagination.

He involuntarily fell into contemplation, his mind racing.

Professor Clark noticed his hesitation and offered advice: "Jeming, you can choose based on your needs. If you lack energy, you can select one of the small Elental Planes within the community; they have extrely pure elental cores, providing a continuous energy supply. If you’re short on materials, you can choose the Fairy Plane, rich with various special biological materials, or so plane within the Elorcia Plane known by its indigenous people as the Demon Plane."

"Demon Plane?" Jeming’s interest was piqued.

"Yes," Professor Clark explained, "A section of the Elorcia Plane Community is known as Demon Planes, characterized by harsh environnts. The creatures born there are extrely violent, leading them to be rejected by other beings in the Elorcia Plane Community."

"With constant volcanic eruptions and frequent geological activity, these planes are dotted with naturally ford volcanoes and mineral veins, rich in mineral resources. Their unique environnt also gives birth to creatures or materials with special energy properties, greatly benefiting alchemy and material science in witchcraft."

Jeming’s eyes lit up as he listened.

It seed that the Demon Planes possessed both high energy and abundant material characteristics.

Moreover, the alchemy and array knowledge he mastered gave him an inherent advantage in exploiting and utilizing such planes.

Additionally, the extre environnt of Demon Planes might be seen as a disadvantage by others but served as an advantage for Jeming.

After all... places with perilous conditions generally easily et the criteria for the birth of the "Evil Qi" concept.
