"What did you do?!"
At the mont when the Living Ice and Fla Plane fell completely silent under the layers of sealed arrays.
Viola almost imdiately rushed to Jeming’s side, staring at him!
The previous frenzy on her face was replaced by an unprecedented shock.
Viola’s current deanor completely overturned Jeming’s understanding of her.
Her silver-gray eyes were wide and round, pupils slightly trembling with surprise!
An unusually dazed expression appeared on her usually cold cheeks, her lips slightly parted as if wanting to say sothing, but stuck in her throat due to extre astonishnt, unable to utter a sound.
Her breathing beca rapid, and a powerful wave of spiritual power leaked uncontrollably from her, revealing her intense inner turmoil at this mont.
She clearly rembered that the turning point in the earth-shattering Plane Level battle ca right after Jeming asked that seemingly unrelated question—why the two Kings of Monsters surrendered.
Even if she thought with her toes, Viola could realize that there must be so connection between Jeming and the ultimate reversal of the battle!
Most importantly, Viola found that she couldn’t understand at all what Jeming had done!
A wizard’s strength is based on knowledge.
Even though she had just advanced to beco a Sixth Level Wizard, far higher than Jeming in level, not understanding ant Jeming had far more knowledge in so aspects than she did!
This knowledge barrier is sotis even harder to overco than level differences!
However, after the brief shock, Viola quickly regained her composure, forcefully suppressing the overwhelming waves of shock in her heart.
Looking at the calm expression on Jeming’s face, after hesitating twice, she finally asked nothing more.
After all, for the wizard power system, knowledge is the most important and core secret of a wizard!
Casually asking questions, especially those clearly involving high-level knowledge systems, is a significant taboo in the Wizard Realm.
Even if their relationship was decent, if she rashly asked, it would only cause Jeming to hold a grudge against her.
Moreover, if she, at her current Wizard Level, were to inquire like that, it might trigger the prohibition of the Star Orbit Court.
After realizing this, Viola could only bury that surprise and countless questions deeply in her heart.
"I never expected my junior to be so... astonishing," Viola sighed inwardly, the admiration and surprise even outweighing her curiosity for the unknown, "No wonder... that old chap Clark takes such a keen interest in this young upstart..."
Jeming knew Viola had guessed sothing, but he had no intention to explain.
The reason he chose to invoke the Forbidden Curse Technique was purely for his own life.
After all, if they lost under those circumstances, with two interconnected planes that couldn’t be separated in a short ti, the High Tier Wizards wouldn’t have a problem, but for them, the Low Level Wizards, it would most likely be ga over.
Additionally, he was well aware of the wizard’s rules.
As long as he didn’t admit it, whatever suspicions Viola had in her heart would be aningless without substantial evidence and eyewitnesses.
"Who knows?" Jeming looked at Viola.
Seeing her shocked and disoriented expression, he suddenly felt delighted, mimicking her usual signature, slightly sinister, playful expression, revealing a smile filled with deeper aning: "Senior, your look of pain... with a touch of shocked discomposure, really... pleases !"
"You!"
Viola’s just settled expression instantly turned from calm to astonishnt.
Viola blinked, suddenly stretched out her hand expressionlessly, and pressed it heavily on Jeming’s shoulder.
Under her palm, a powerful aura carrying the pressure of a Sixth Level Wizard instantly enveloped them.
Although there was no physical attack, the oppressive feeling was enough to make Jeming freeze!
"Seems like I’ve been too gentle, and let you, this guy, beco a bit... cocky." Viola’s voice was as cold as polar ice at this mont, each word carrying an undeniable authoritative oppression.
"I’m sorry, I’m wrong!" Jeming felt a sharp pain in his shoulder, he promptly and swiftly surrendered, instantly retracting his "sinister" expression, apologizing with genuine sincerity.
Seeing this, Viola revealed a satisfied expression before withdrawing her hand.
Their little scuffle was actually a way to relax a bit after the end of the battle, releasing so tension.
Alongside the successful sealing of the Living Ice and Fla Plane, this thrilling plane battle finally ca to an end.
...
...
A few months later.
Jeming appeared once again in the void, but this ti he wasn’t on the Ship Plane, but standing on a vast, floating land fragnt.
This piece of land is one of the many Floating Islands ford after the disintegration of the surface matter of the Ice and Fla Plane.
At this mont, he was busy bending down, collecting ecological information of various creatures on it.
He carefully placed a moss that emitted a faint, eerie blue light and grew in a rock crevice into a sample bag.
Then, with a specially designed detector, he lightly touched a black insect the size of a thumb, sleeping in the ice, recording its life fluctuations and elent structure...
The core consciousness of the Ice and Fla Plane being sealed didn’t an that Jeming and the other logistical wizards’ work was over.
