After receiving news of the trial, ti seed to press the fast-forward button.
In the blink of an eye, half a year passed quickly, and the footsteps of the trial drew near.
During these six months, Jeming invested almost all his ti and energy into the final stage of research on the combination technique of Runes and Talismans.
It must be admitted that over the years, because he focused most of his energy on Rune Science and Alchemy, Jeming's progress in Magic Potion was indeed not as smooth as in the first two fields.
However, in the direction of rune-talisman combination, he still achieved breakthrough progress.
Thanks to his deep cultivation in Rune Science for more than three years, although the three core Runes of Rune Science were the last group to be inscribed in his Sea of Spirit, he has successfully constructed the foundational Witchcraft Model of the Rune School—the Deciphering Skill.
If we say his "Alchemy" specializes in analyzing and controlling the composition of matter and soul, then the "Deciphering Skill" specializes in understanding rules, energy, and more abstract levels.
The Deciphering Skill allows him to "see through" the essence of energy, the principles of Runes, and even the operating thods of certain rules.
Relying on the interaction between Deciphering Skill and Alchemy to analyze the operational principles of Wizard Runes, decipher the structure of Cultivation Immortality Talismans, analyze the energy characteristics of materials, and the anchoring thod of concepts.
Only then did Jeming manage to barely complete the analysis and "translation" of so basic Talisman principles in just a few years.
Seeing the trial approaching, Jeming unhesitatingly shifted his research focus to practical application.
He decided to try to create a new Talisman he had long conceived—or more precisely, a Witchcraft Artifact that combines the advantages of the two civilizations' technologies.
"No, although this is just a conceptual prototype, it can also be called by another na..."
Jeming looked at the blueprint he had just completed preliminary design of, pondering for a mont.
According to the naming rules of the Wizard World, the inventor's na is usually added to distinguish them.
"Let's call it 'Jeming's Specificity Rune'..." Jeming wasn't too bothered about the na.
"As for the Witchcraft Artifact... since it's inscribed with Runes and Talismans, why not just call it 'Talisman Witchcraft'."
Casually deciding on the na, Jeming quickly entered the manufacturing stage of the Talisman Witchcraft.
He didn't intend for the Talisman Witchcraft to be a one-ti-use item like a Talisman; that would be too wasteful, and even for him, the cost would be hard to accept.
Jeming referred to so thods recorded in the Great Dao Book Pavilion for making reusable Talisman Treasures that absorb Spiritual Qi or Heaven and Earth Qi to replenish energy, and combined with the manufacturing theory of Witchcraft Artifacts from the Wizard World, he decided to make his Talisman Witchcraft into a type that could be repeatedly activated and used permanently.
In terms of materials, he utilized the inventory he had accumulated over the years.
With his growing strength, Jeming could also use a relatively conventional refining thod recorded in the Great Dao Book Pavilion to extract "tal Essence" containing specific concepts and energy characteristics from various tals.
These years, besides Gold, he also attempted to refine many other tals; since he didn't plan to sell them, he amassed quite a lot of this special material.
"The main body of the Talisman Witchcraft... still has to use my old friend!"
For the main base of the Talisman Witchcraft, Jeming continued to choose Refined Gold as the core, supplented by several tal Essences discovered in the Wizard World's Material Science, adept at storing and coordinating energy, as well as a tal Essence that produces strong Resonance with Spiritual Power.
Refined Gold provided stable concept anchoring, while the latter two materials were responsible for energy circulation and activation.
These materials were blended in a certain ratio, and lted together using his "Alchemy" Witchcraft to form a solid base for the Witchcraft Artifact.
The Rune patterns on the surface of the Witchcraft Artifact, the core Talisman, were composed of another tal Essence extrely friendly to Elental Power.
This essence could efficiently draw Elental Power from the environnt and direct it into the Talisman structure.
Testing just the material ratio of the main base, and the thods of lting and shaping, took Jeming a considerable amount of ti.
He continuously experinted, calculated, and adjusted, while referencing the Artifact Refining Technique in the Great Dao Book Pavilion and comparing it to existing manufacturing formulas and theories of Witchcraft Artifacts in the Wizard World, he finally found a relatively stable material ratio.
"Next, it's ti to consider what type of Talisman Witchcraft to manufacture." Jeming looked at the materials in his hands that had passed the test and nodded in satisfaction.
"If the goal is combat, the main three requirents should be attack, defense, and mobility. Which should I make?"
Only children make choices, Jeming decided to have them all!
Anyway, he had enough materials and points. Based on the most common uses—attack, defense, and mobility—Jeming created prototypes of three different functional Talisman Witchcrafts.
The Attack-type Talisman Witchcraft was inscribed with a Talisman that combined the Cultivation Immortality Fla Talisman and Wizard Fireball Rune.
This was a classic Fireball Technique, with high power, fast speed, and strong destructive power after activation. Furthermore, after modifications by past Wizards, the Rune was quite well-optimized.
Without deliberate control, it would simply release a Fireball Technique.
However, Jeming also utilized the flexibility of Alchemy and the Talisman to allow it to be manipulated to a certain extent with weak Spiritual Power, such as having the fireballs split or changing their flight path.
The Defensive Talisman Witchcraft inscribed a Talisman based on a Protective Talisman from the Cultivation Immortality Realm and modified with the Wizard World's basic Energy Shield Rune, forming an all-encompassing Energy Shield when used.
The most unique aspect of this Shield is its ability to draw and transform different Elental Energies to form Shields with different characteristics.
For example, drawing Earth Elent forms a heavily armored Shield with the strongest defense, drawing Wind Elent forms a light Shield that can deflect ranged attacks to a certain extent, and drawing Fire Elent forms a scorching Shield with a fla counterattack effect.
The Mobility Talisman Witchcraft is based on the Wizard World's Flying Skill Rune, supplented by so effects of the Cultivation Immortality World Light Body Technique Talisman.
When activated, it allows the user to gain flying ability, and thanks to the Light Body Technique effect, the user flies faster and more agile than if a Wizard of the sa level simply used a Flying Skill.
All the required knowledge and preparation were already complete, so producing these three types of Talisman Witchcraft didn't take Jeming much ti.
"It's done!"
Slowly controlling the Array, Jeming felt a bit excited for so reason as he lowered the three freshly crafted Talisman Witchcrafts that hovered in mid-air.
He briefly tested them with laboratory instrunts to ensure there were no issues with the Runes, and then excitedly took the newly refined Talisman Witchcrafts and eagerly walked into the training ground.
