"How can this kid’s Spiritual Platform be so bizarre?" Guba marveled.
The divine light emanating from the vast ocean was easy to understand; it was the manifestation of the power of Divine Sense. It was just that for ordinary Cultivators, it was usually a lake, whereas Wang Xiu’s... was so vast it was startling.
But, a Divine Mountain? What is that? Logically, shouldn’t it be his Divine Soul sitting at the center of the soul sea?
Guba didn’t understand and was about to attempt to climb the Divine Mountain.
Suddenly, the Spiritual Platform space shook. The endless ocean churned, raising towering waves as divine rays of various colors shot out, their brilliance overwhelming.
The Chaotic Qi dispersed.
A terrifying beam of light descended from above. As Guba looked up, he was shocked to see two huge lanterns flickering at a great height.
This is... Guba was stunned for a mont, then his expression turned to one of horror, as if he had realized sothing. His demonic body quivered.
RUMBLE!
The mist churned even more violently.
The true form of the Divine Mountain gradually beca clear.
That... where was the Divine Mountain? It was clearly a colossal Divine Soul, so imnse it blotted out the sky and sun.
"Holy fuck!" Guba’s jaw dropped, his worldview shattered.
Why is this Human Race kid’s Divine Soul so huge? How can his tiny physical body contain such a massive Divine Soul? Is this so kind of joke?
He was utterly astonished, looking down at himself. His demonic body was as insignificant as an ant before this Divine Soul. It was way too small.
Pathetically small!
Guba despaired, never having imagined he would be defeated here.
There’s no way this kid is human!
He had never seen a Divine Soul of the Human Race that was this terrifying. It was more like the Ancient Spirit Clan recorded in the old texts. But that race had vanished into the river of history countless years ago.
He was heartbroken. He had found such an excellent vessel—perfect body, perfect potential, everything was perfect... only to find it utterly beyond his control! This was more unbearable than death itself!
Retribution, this must be retribution!

Upon hearing Wang Xiu’s explanation, all the Saints were stunned, then joy spread across their faces.
"Hahaha, excellent!" Zhang Yunting laughed out loud, patting Wang Xiu on the shoulder, unable to contain his happiness. "I knew it! How could my Sanqing’s Kylin Son fall so easily in this place?"
"This matter is of great importance. Young friend Wang Xiu, would you permit this old man to confirm it for myself?" the Sage asked earnestly.
"Please!" Wang Xiu nodded.
The Sage stepped forward, gently grasped Wang Xiu’s wrist, and sent his Divine Sense in to investigate. Soon, he saw the situation inside Wang Xiu’s body.
His saintly body trembled in shock. His eyes snapped open, and he stared at Wang Xiu as if looking at a monster!
"What happened?" the other Saints asked hurriedly, thinking sothing was wrong. This made Zhang Yunting, Ye Guhong, and the others nervous as well.
"No... nothing!" The Sage looked deeply at Wang Xiu. As expected of the possessor of a Twelve-color Nascent Soul, a sight rarely seen since antiquity. His foundation... it’s simply astonishing!
He then continued to delve deeper, and soon he saw a scene that made him not know whether to laugh or cry.
In front of the boundless soul sea, Guba, the size of an ant, was circling Wang Xiu’s Divine Soul. He was staring with wide eyes, as if he desperately wanted to devour Wang Xiu but couldn’t figure out where to start, his entire being emitting more resentnt than a ghost.
He kept muttering provocatively, "Co at if you dare!"
Wang Xiu’s huge Divine Soul put on a timidly cute act in response, "No, you co here!"
"You co here!"
"You co here!"
"You..."
The Sage’s face twitched. To be honest, seeing Wang Xiu’s Divine Soul baffled him too. Who wouldn’t be confused by this? This young man looks so refined and elegant, so why is that thing of his so huge? Is this even human? The proportions are all wrong, aren’t they? Not even a Roc would be this outrageous!
"Young friend Wang Xiu spoke the truth! That demon is temporarily unable to harm you..." the Sage said, opening his eyes to address everyone.
Upon hearing this, everyone was elated, their sorrow turning to joy.
"You humans out there, don’t get too happy too soon!" Guba’s icy voice cut through their laughter. "Although I can’t do anything to this kid for now, I’ll just latch onto him and never leave! Either you kill this kid and let take him with , or... hmph!"
"Are you a moron?" Li Zuoyue curled her lip in open mockery. "What’s the use of latching onto Junior Brother Wang Xiu if you can’t even hurt a single hair on his head?"
"It is useful!" Ye Guhong’s face turned grim. "Once the five-year period is up, he will eventually have to leave this place!"
By then, if Guba left with Wang Xiu and reached the Cangyuan Realm, he could simply find another host and start all over again. Once he escaped, it would be like a fish returning to the ocean. That’s when the real trouble would begin. With his strength, even without a perfect body like Wang Xiu’s, he could quickly stage a coback. After all, he was a True Demon. If not for this series of accidents, his power upon descending to this world would have surpassed all the Saints, and the consequences would have been unimaginable.
And to prevent such a scenario, there was only one course of action: to keep Wang Xiu in the Holy Realm as well.
If Wang Xiu missed this chance while the Holy Realm was open, it ant he would have to remain here forever. For such a prodigious talent to be unable to leave the Holy Realm would be a stroke of great fortune for the Demon Race. And, by the sa token, a colossal loss for the Human Race.
Guba had played his cards well.
"This demon is already in a desperate situation and is determined to take soone down with him!" Zhang Yuge frowned in exasperation.
"Shaless!" Ye Guhong trembled with rage, his eyes filled with murderous intent. The temperature around him seed to drop significantly.
"Let’s go back and think of a solution," the Sage suggested thoughtfully.
Everyone nodded. It was their only option.

The Saints brought Wang Xiu back to Xinhuo City, where they imdiately entered a Secret Realm.
