Only near Demon Sea Island could they exert their peak combat power.
On Demon Sea Island, however, they were nourished by the rich Demonic Qi, allowing the demon experts to heal their injuries much faster.
As for whether the present-day Initial Demon City could channel the pure, primordial Demonic Qi into Demon Sea Island during the eruption of the Abyssal Tide, that remained a question.
