The common thod is to build up physique, generally, 10,000 points in physique grant 1 point of armor-piercing and penetration resistance.
If a BOSS has 30,000 physique, it has 3 points of resistance, aning it can ignore 3 points of armor-piercing or penetration.
Additionally, physique-derived armor-piercing resistance isn’t limitless, theoretically 1 million physique grants 100 armor-piercing resistance, but this resistance only acts as defense, negating enemy armor-piercing at most.
For example, if the enemy has 10 points armor-piercing, having 10 or 100 armor-piercing resistance results in no extra damage reduction.
Based on the above, the only viable strategy is rging the two swords, with his current cultivation and Swordsmanship realm, it could last about seventeen or eighteen seconds.
