The reason this manor doesn’t have True Immortal level puppets is because there are no materials.

The materials needed for True Immortal level puppets are too rare, even Immortals might not be able to gather them.

Su Yu observed that the two most crucial components require a True Immortal level demon sovereign’s body and a True Immortal level demon soul.

Eliminating a True Immortal level demon sovereign is already very difficult, and preserving the complete body and demon soul, even a Profound Immortal might not be able to achieve.

It took a full three hours to loot all one hundred floors of the central tower, with considerable gains, but not as high as imagined.

Because the main duty of this manor was to oversee all the spirit fields and dicine fields in this vast Grotto Heaven, mainly responsible for planting various spiritual herbs, the harvests were essentially various spiritual dicines. Unlike spirit mines that exist indefinitely, these do not store well; after hundreds of thousands of years, almost all stored spiritual dicines have turned to ash.

The huge warehouses were all empty inside, with only a thin layer of black ash representing their existence.

Fortunately, there were many Spirit Puppets of level two hundred or higher here. Su Yu cleared the entire large formation, totaling 4582, all level two hundred or higher; just the value of this alone was twenty to thirty thousand immortal coins.

Also, the souls within the Spirit Puppets have perished, if intact they’d be worth fifty thousand immortal coins.

Besides the Spirit Puppets, outside the manor there are billions of acres of spirit and dicine fields, freely growing spiritual dicines with many of high value, totaling no less than twenty thousand immortal coins.

It took three whole days to finish looting, but Su Yu did not leave; he continued to stay within the formation and posted a ssage in the regional channel:

"I have taken over this manor, fully controlling the Sect Defense Array. This array reaches Tier Four Upper Grade and has been completely restored, with a Tier Five Lower Grade Spirit Vein enough to fully exert the array’s defenses. The manor inside has billions of acres of spirit fields, enough to serve as a Daoist venue for an Immortal."

"The venue is now for sale for three thousand immortal coins, interested parties can contact."

The ssage was sent for just under a second when Mr. Li spoke:

"Su Yu? Is it you who occupied this manor?"

"Yes."

"Impressive!"

"But now, each race has summoned their Celestial Immortal experts, who are already on the way. Soon, there will be no less than ten Celestial Immortals besieging the array; can you withstand them?"

"Yes."

"Then hold on, only if you can withstand them will soone be interested."

"No problem."

Su Yu closed communications, and turned to smile confidently at Vast Sea.

With the fully activated Tier Four Upper Grade Sect Defense Array powered by the Tier Five Spirit Vein and Vast Sea guarding it, not only can it block them, but if these Celestial Immortals are slightly careless, several might even perish here.

"Hold on for a few days, then sell this venue—this trip will be a success."

He wasn’t worried whether anyone wanted it, certainly soone would.

After all, it’s already a built Sect Defense Array, everything is ready; just complete the transfer to own a venue that can be passed down for ten thousand years.

If Su Yu’s cultivation level weren’t so low, if he didn’t have the Sea-Suppressing Pearl, he definitely wouldn’t be selling it.

Ti passed, and Celestial Immortals arrived in less than two days.

A streak of light appeared at the apex of the Sect Defense Array, revealing an Immortal Primordial Spirit aspect taller than the entire venue, with a distinct eye at its brow - a Celestial Eye People Immortal. He gazed down at the venue like a towering giant, his sharp eyes piercing the array to see Su Yu.

"Two Humans?"

The Celestial Eye Immortal’s mouth curled as he pressed down with one palm.

"Boom!"

A sky-covering palm asuring kiloters struck the light screen of the array, causing a violent explosion, with unimaginable force pressing the array down slightly.

"Hmm? The array is fully mastered?"

The Celestial Eye Immortal’s expression changed:

"Not good."

He pulled back without hesitation, but by then Vast Sea had already activated the spatial locking feature of the array.

Invisible waves swept across, spanning tens of thousands of kiloters in the blink of an eye; space solidified wherever it went, causing the retreating Celestial Eye Immortal to sink into a spatial mire, unable to move.

Following this, the sky brightened as nine points of light appeared out of nowhere, resembling black holes madly devouring the world’s essence to transform into nine fiery suns.

One of the array’s three powerful Immortal Skills—Nine Suns Across the Sky.

The innurable array nodes storing spiritual power within the several thousand kiloter diater array were simultaneously drawn upon, transforming through the array into nine flaming teors with diaters of several kiloters suspended in the sky, locked onto the Celestial Eye Immortal, crashing down directly.

"Boom!"

The Nine Suns crashed down successively, twisting the massive Celestial Immortal Primordial Spirit violently.

The nine stars aligned and burst one after another, the Celestial Immortal Primordial Spirit’s aura plumted, yet it endured.

But before it could catch its breath, the array surged with divine light, forming a goddess’s phantom, who gripped a thirty-kiloter long Immortal Sword and chopped down.

"No!"

With an unwilling roar, the Celestial Eye Immortal’s Primordial Spirit was split in two.

A Celestial Immortal was thus slain.

"This array is imnsely strong."

At the sa ti, in the void over a thousand kiloters away, stood two human Celestial Immortals. One nodded satisfactorily:

"Able to easily kill an Immortal, this array is quite powerful, and with the venue’s location being good, all facilities are ready, buying it would be imdiately useful; pricing it at three thousand immortal coins is reasonable."

The other Immortal curiously asked:

"Mr. Li wants to buy it?"

"I’m considering it."

"Three thousand immortal coins is too expensive, this lad is just of Foundation Establishnt cultivation. This venture’s earnings are estimated not less than a hundred thousand immortal coins, right?"
