Approaching was made difficult by interference from the lineage of Confucian Classical Studies.
The Celestial Master Mansion and the Jiangzhou Lin Clan had been clashing for many years, accumulating ample experience in battle against each other.
If Heavenly Master Mansion Disciples with life-bound Wind Riding Talismans could circle around and press the opponent quickly, restricting them, they might not secure victory imdiately, but at least they wouldn’t be at a disadvantage.
But unfortunately, either due to casualties or poor planning, there was a shortage of people on the side of Xianliu Palace.
That was why they were previously suppressed in the fight.
Now, Lei Jun alone was enough to turn the tide of the battle.
Furthermore, Lei Jun had Flying Fire Talismans at his disposal.
In long-distance combat, the Lin Clan disciples had already lost the advantage of distance.
Lei Jun leading another charge caused the opponent’s formation to descend into chaos once again.
However, under the sunlight, Lei Jun suddenly squinted his eyes.
His heart tightened as he sensed the threat of being targeted.
Almost as soon as he shifted his body, a streak of cold light flew towards him from afar, barely missing his turning figure.
His Taoist Robe, also a Magic Artifact, was sturdy and offered a degree of protection.
If it had been ordinary clothing, the brisk wind stirred up by the passing cold light alone could have shredded it.
The attacker practiced Confucian Divine Archery and was highly skilled. The fact that he hadn’t detected the assailant earlier indicated that the person’s Cultivation was at least at the Fifth Heaven Layer.
Only at such a great distance could they evade my perception until the mont of attack... These thoughts flashed through Lei Jun’s mind.
Although the Lin Clan no longer had Upper Three Heavens powerhouses taking action, it was clear that soone still wanted to make an attempt. With these thoughts in his mind, he didn’t stop moving.
After dodging an arrow, he imdiately dashed forward.
He did not head straight for the Lin Clan Divine Archer. Instead, he veered off into the depths of the thick forest on another side.
In the distance, the Lin Clan Divine Archer frowned.
Near him, other Lin Clan cultivators hidden in ambush also cursed their luck.
That Taoist surnad Lei is truly cautious, not imdiately seeking close combat.
"You can’t run away. If you don’t co here, then you’ll be shot dead by ," the Lin Clan Divine Archer’s brow quickly smoothed as he drew his bow and notched an arrow.
He fired upwards.
The arrow flew straight into the sky.
Then it exploded mid-air, turning into a rain of fire that covered the mountains and forests where Lei Jun had taken refuge.
But Lei Jun kept moving, his trail already gone.
He reached another mountaintop and took out the Divine Eye Mirror Stone to observe the direction of his opponent.
Among the mountains and forests, one could vaguely see more than one figure.
The distance was indeed great.
Even an excellent Flying Fire Talisman couldn’t reach that far.
But...
Lei Jun remained calm, holding the Divine Eye Mirror Stone before his eyes with one hand.
The other hand stretched further forward.
He extended his index finger and thumb, pinching a tal pellet between them.
This pellet, ford from a variety of Refined tals, had been hamred, tempered, and personally refined by him countless tis.
Upon entering this world and the Cultivation World, Lei Jun had nad it the Sword Pellet, the ’Sword’ as in Flying Swords.
As the Dual Polarity Primordial Magnetism gathered between Lei Jun’s thumb and index finger, his fingers slowly opened.
It seed as if he were rely holding it suspended in the air, yet his fingers also appeared to form a launch track.
And the Fine Gold Sword Pellet floated between his thumb and index finger, which were now parted by a slight gap.
This is my first ti using this Magnetosword Pellet on soone. Distance and speed shouldn’t be issues. I just hope it doesn’t deviate and turn this into a cody... Lei Jun quietly focused on the distance.
Around his body, intense lightning appeared, seemingly twisting the air.
The next mont, a streak, like a flash of lightning, shot forward.
The pellet disappeared instantaneously from between his fingers, its destination unknown.
Yet, in the far distance, a sudden roar thundered!
The Lin Clan cultivators hiding in the forest could hardly process what had happened, only witnessing a flash of lightning in their field of view.
When they turned to look, they were stunned to find their kinsman from the Divine Archer Lineage no longer in the original spot.
Turning to look behind his original position, they saw trees on fire and the ground blackened.
The Lin Clan Divine Archer had been blasted backward.
The Treasure Bow in his hand was broken in two.
A giant hole, charred black, was visible in his chest and abdon—it was unclear what had pierced through it.
The man was already dead.
