Amid the shining treasure light from that area, half the night sky turned as bright as day. The enormous building towered high, yet it was still discernible as being divided into two parts. The upper half was a six-story tower, with swirling mists and radiating fine light. Wisps of clear energy flowed from it, simultaneously incomparably wondrous and anciently desolate. Wherever this clear energy spread, it seemingly restored the Mortal World to its Innate state. The lower half resembled a combination of a vast palace and a giant mountain rock, no shorter than the surrounding peaks. It was wreathed in an azure haze that seed like both dust and clouds, embodying the profound majesty of the earth supporting all things and the Artistic Conception of the heavens and clouds obscuring the sun. The entire structure appeared like a miniature world.
Everyone knew that Mount Shu possessed six supre treasures, corresponding to the upper, lower, the four cardinal directions, and the Six Harmonies. And what had just arrived outside Dragon Tiger Mountain were the Taiyi Primordial Tower from above and the Qingxiao Manor from below. These had always been the foundation of Mount Shu but had separated from it a few years ago, vanishing without a trace. Today, they finally reappeared in the Mortal World. These two Magical Treasures, like mobile mountains, were now approaching Dragon Tiger Mountain.
However, at that very mont, another dazzling azure light flared in the distant night sky. The vast and expansive azure light spread out as if intending to replace the heavens themselves. It was the other supre treasure of the Mount Shu Sect: the Blue Abyss Sword! Yet, it was not wielded by anyone from the Mortal Tao Country. Instead, Mount Shu Sect Elder Zhang Dongyuan had arrived near Dragon Tiger Mountain, bringing this treasure with him. Accompanying Zhang Dongyuan was another expert from the Tang Imperial Court, Prince Changshan Zhang Junhai.
After they approached the outer periter of Dragon Tiger Mountain, the Taiyi Primordial Tower and Qingxiao Manor, which had previously been united, suddenly separated. As these two Magical Treasures parted, it was as if they caused a cataclysm that threatened to tear heaven and earth asunder. Within the rift, starlight flickered and then seed to ignite. Under this twinkling starlight, the positions of the Taiyi Primordial Tower and Qingxiao Manor astonishingly inverted. The Taiyi Primordial Tower sank into the earth, triggering earthquakes in all directions. The ground over a large area collapsed and cracked, forming nurous fissures and valleys. The Qingxiao Manor, rising into the sky, seed to transform into an Azure Cloud that covered all directions, losing its forr lightness and becoming heavy with oppression.
Accompanying the sudden transformation of the two Magical Treasures, two shadows—one large and one small—flew out from within them. One was a Female Crown in hempen robes, Hong Jie, the forr Supre Elder of Mount Shu. The other shadow rapidly grew from small to large. Initially resembling a falling leaf, it quickly expanded to the size of a dark cloud. Under the night sky, illuminated by the treasure light, everyone could clearly see from a distance that it was an enormous butterfly. Its entire body was covered with leaf-like markings, appearing as if it were composed of clustered fallen leaves. It was none other than the Great Demon frequently active Overseas, the Thousand Leaves Butterfly King!
