The Treasure Mirror did not shatter. Instead, its mirrored light flashed, instantly devouring the arrow entirely.
In the next instant, an identical sharp arrow shot forth from the mirror’s light, returning along the path it had co to strike back at the enemy.
The opponent had not expected this and let out a muffled grunt at once.
anwhile, the Confucian Scholar nearby seized the opportunity to strike at Fang Yue.
Unfortunately, clouds churned around Fang Yue’s body, turning into a fortress on the sea as they steadily protected him, giving the enemy no chance to exploit an opening.
Master Faming’s white elephant form was vast as a mountain, but not slow, and now charged swiftly at the distant Divine Archer.
After a fierce battle, Fang Yue and the others succeeded in holding the Surging Heavens Treasured Light established by their own ritual.
The Heavenly Order was, for the mont, unable to dispatch any additional reinforcents to attack.
Battles broke out everywhere on the field. Wars over the Surging Heavens Treasured Light and dark qi flared up in many locations, both sides tangled with each other like interlocking fangs.
Yet in so places, the Surging Heavens Treasured Light was extinguished.
"I shall go yonder and establish a new ritual to restore the Surging Heavens Treasured Light."
Fang Yue watched as a beam of pure white treasured light faded in the distance.
