In just a few bites, Ye Huang devoured the delicate, charming concubine. The reek of blood filled the air, and the other wives, concubines, and maids who had rushed into the Cave Mansion at the commotion turned pale with horror.
Ye Huang’s savage, tyrannical gaze swept over them. A look of pained struggle twisted his features as he roared, "Who... set up...?!"
"My lord is... you! Quick, go get the other Elders!" a woman of dignified and graceful bearing saw Ye Huang’s transformation and imdiately ordered a maid to leave the Cave Mansion to seek outside help.
Ye Huang just grinned. His figure blurred, and he reappeared in front of the woman before throwing a punch.

The beautiful woman was instantly obliterated into a mist of blood.
Ye Huang took a deep breath through his mouth and nose, drawing the entire mist of blood into his body. A look of satisfaction spread across his face as the last wisp of his sanity faded away.
His eyes swept over the other won in the Cave Mansion, and a vicious smile touched his lips.
Struck by the sudden catastrophe, the won’s faces drained of all color. They scrambled to flee the Cave Mansion.
Wordlessly, Ye Huang’s figure flickered again and again. He seized his wives and concubines, either devouring them in huge bites or exploding them into a mist of blood that he would then inhale.
In the blink of an eye, the magnificent, luxurious Cave Mansion had beco a living inferno in the Mortal World.

But Ye Huang was not yet satisfied. He charged out of his Cave Mansion and let out a great roar to the heavens.
A terrifyingly potent Demonic Qi erupted from him, soaring into the sky. The sound of a great, surging tide echoed from the void, instantly spreading across all of Xiaocang Island.

But Ye Huang simply chopped down with his hand, and a blade ford of icy Profound Light materialized, slashing toward the Elder.
The Ye Family Elder ford a hand seal as well. Watery light suffused the air before him, and over a hundred talismans flickered into being, coalescing into a massive shield to block the Profound Light blade.

The massive shield was sliced in two by the blade of light. The attack continued on, its montum unbroken, and flashed past the Ye Family Elder’s body.
The man was quick-witted. At the instant the blade reached him, he twisted his body like a slippery fish. Between that and his Protective Spiritual Light, he just barely evaded the worst of it, losing only an arm.
He ignored his wound, turning to flee into the distance while shouting, "Ye Huang has succumbed to demonic corruption! Activate the Clan Suppression Array! Save !"
Ye Huang stood arrogantly in the sky, his entire body covered in a dense layer of fleshy tumors. In the center of each tumor, a malevolent eye opened.
All at once, those eyes turned to stare at the fleeing Ye Family Elder.
In that instant, black Demonic Qi erupted from the Elder’s body. He let out a wretched scream as six fleshy tendrils writhed out from his severed arm and coiled back toward his neck.
"Demon Fiend!"
A furious roar echoed from the distance.
It was followed by the sound of a great torrent erging from the void, a roar so powerful it could shatter stone.
A colossal river burst forth from the void above Xiaocang Island, vast and turbulent, radiating an imnse, bone-deep chill.
The river was nearly a hundred li long. It coiled and snaked through the sky above Xiaocang Island before its watery light surged down to wash over Ye Huang.
This was none other than the Ye Family’s Clan Suppression Array.
The one commanding the array was none other than the Ye Family’s Grand Elder.
He gazed upon the demonically transford Ye Huang with a complicated expression, a mixture of fury and helplessness on his face.
’I’ve held the Ye Family together for one hundred and fifty years,’ he thought, ’and today, our internal conflicts have finally erupted.’
From within the deluge of watery light, Ye Huang’s maniacal laughter rang out. He pushed his Magical Power to its peak, and countless Profound Light Cold Blades materialized around him to et the torrent from the Ye Family’s Grand Array.

The sound of the astonishing spiritual explosion spread for a hundred li in every direction.
A blinding ball of spiritual light appeared in the sky above Xiaocang Island. Its brilliance lit up the void, making it clearly visible from many of the islands in the Abyssal Marsh.
The Grand Elder bellowed, "All Ye Family Elders, enter the array! Join in slaying this fiend!"
Things having reached this point, none of the Elders on Xiaocang Island, regardless of their faction, had any mind for internal squabbles.
The Ye Family Elder whom Ye Huang had attacked earlier was already dead, killed by the aftershocks of the battle between Ye Huang and the family’s Grand Array.
Seeing this, how could the other Elders dare to hesitate? They quickly entered the Grand Array to help the Grand Elder power it and suppress Ye Huang.
Madam Ye was late to arrive.
Although his demonic transformation made his Magical Power considerably stronger than usual, Ye Huang’s mind was shattered, leaving only an instinct for slaughter and chaos.
The Grand Elder, together with a dozen other Elders, combined their strength to power the family’s Grand Array. They soon trapped Ye Huang in the center of the colossal river the array had ford.
It was then that Madam Ye appeared.
She floated gracefully into the Grand Array, ford a hand seal, and then pointed toward Ye Huang.
Two beams of light shot forth and expanded in midair, transforming into a torrent of watery light and a sea of fire, respectively.
The water and fire collided violently, yet coexisted in a bizarre harmony, forming a hundred-zhang-wide yin-yang symbol!
The power of water and fire created an enormous vortex of Spiritual Qi that gave off a thunderous roar.
「The next mont.」
The water-and-fire yin-yang symbol transford into a gigantic millstone of water and fire, trapping Ye Huang between its two halves.
