"Brother… is there anything you can do about this?"
Inside her room, Yu Rou shoved her phone at Yuan's face, showing him all of the negative things being said about him with a concerned face.
After the Faction War, wanting to spend a little more ti with his sister, Yuan left with Yu Rou and Bai Lianhua while the others returned to the Dragon Spiral Mountain.
Yuan glanced at the topic being made about him and shrugged, "What do you want to do? Tell them to shut up?"
"I don't know, but they're demanding you to be banned from future Faction Wars! And it's not just a few individuals!" Yu Rou said with a worried face.
"I kind of agree with them. I'm simply too powerful. Any Faction War with my participation will be a guaranteed victory for the Demon Sealing Faction by a landslide. I don't intend to participate in more matches unless necessary, so this ban won't really affect that much."
"But I enjoy watching you kicking everyone's ass! Faction Wars will no longer be the sa for after seeing your performance today! They won't be as entertaining!"
"Senior Sister, you should say sothing too!" Yu Rou turned to look at Bai Lianhua, who was leaning on the wall with a perplexed expression on her face.
"I don't know what to say. I doubt the Cultivators' Association would ban him because of this, but I have a feeling that the Ten Great Families will add to the pressure. There's no chance in hell they'd let this opportunity to drag Yuan down slip away."
Suddenly, Bai Lianhua received a call on her private cellphone. "Hello? Father?" It was her father, Bai ngyao, calling.
"Yuan? Yeah, he's with . Why are you asking?"
"Huh? Seriously?"
Bai Lianhua's face beca filled with shock.
"Okay… I'll tell him…"
After hanging up, Bai Lianhua turned to look at Yuan with a heavy gaze.
"What's wrong?" Yuan asked.
"I was right. The Ten Great Families are working together to pressure the Cultivators' Association to put a ban on you. However, that's not what's most concerning. Apparently, governnt agencies around the world are wary of your capabilities and have gathered to discuss your existence."
Yuan raised an eyebrow at this news.
"The governnt? What are they worried about? That I might take over the world or sothing?" he spoke in a joking tone.
Yet, Bai Lianhua nodded and said, "Yes, precisely that. They are worried about the prowess you displayed today. As of this mont, they see you as an unpredictable disaster waiting to happen."
"Even if you swear that you won't take over the world, they won't feel safe until they have you under their control." "So what do you think they'll do to ?" Yuan suddenly asked.
Despite being on the governnt's watchlist, Yuan didn't seem to be all that concerned. "Well, they'll most likely try to put a leash on you—control you. However, they won't approach you directly and will most likely…" Bai Lianhua paused midway and turned to look at Yu Rou with a worried frown on her face.
"They will most likely approach Yu Rou and those close to you first. Only once they have enough leverage over you will they finally approach you," Bai Lianhua sighed.
"Is that so?" Yuan looked at Yu Rou and asked, "Want to spend so ti with in the Dragon Spiral Mountain? At least until everything calms down. Nobody will be able to bother you while you're with ."
"Of co—!" Yu Rou closed her mouth just as quickly as she opened it. She wanted to agree, but she had her own obligations at the Eternal Lotuses and couldn't be selfish anymore.
She turned to look at Bai Lianhua, seemingly asking for permission.
Bai Lianhua smiled and said, "Go spend so ti with your brother. You barely left this place since you joined our faction over a year ago. It's about ti you switch sceneries—not to ntion the situation. This is also for your safety."
"Thank you!" Yu Rou nodded.
Yuan looked at Bai Lianhua and said, "You know, the Dragon Spiral Mountain has enough room for the entire Eternal Lotuses to relocate. The spiritual energy there is also much denser than here, so you'll all benefit from being there."
Bai Lianhua was montarily stunned by his suggestion. After snapping out of it, she said, "I know it's incredibly expensive to live there—if you even get approved by its landlord. There's no way they'd let so many people move there at once."
Yuan smiled and said, "I happen to be very close with the landlord, so we should have no problem getting you guys settled there. Of course, this is only a suggestion—an offer. You don't have to take it if you don't want it."
Unlike before, Bai Lianhua didn't imdiately reject his offer. Living inside the Dragon Spiral Mountain would not only provide them with security but also benefit their cultivation. However, the most important factor was that she would get to be neighbors with Yuan.
Seeing Bai Lianhua seriously pondering moving her headquarters to Dragon Spiral Mountain, Yuan gave her another push, "You also won't need to worry about living expenses since that'll already be taken care of."
After a mont of silence, Bai Lianhua replied, "Can I give you an answer later? I need to speak with the others first. This decision is too big for to decide alone."
Yuan nodded, "Sure."
"Then I will imdiately speak with the others." Bai Lianhua didn't waste any ti and gathered all the faction mbers before telling them about Yuan's offer.
"We get to be neighbors with the Demon Sealing Faction and Player Yuan? I agree!"
"I heard that only the elite of elites are allowed to live there! I also agree with our relocation!"
The mbers were quick to give their opinions on the matter, and everyone agreed to move to the Dragon Spiral Mountain because they would only benefit from it.
