"It feels like I am forgetting sothing…" Yuan muttered to himself shortly after the Starfire Dragon left the scene.
"Whatever. It's too late to worry about that now."
Soti later, Yingzi brought Yuan with her back to the Mystic Valley.
"Do all humans have regenerative abilities like that?" Yingzi asked him as they traveled.
"No, they don't. I have an ability that allows to regenerate that quickly."
"Can this ability be taught?"
"I don't think so since it requires you to eat sothing dangerous."
While humans are incapable of consuming Demon Cores, Yuan wondered if beasts in the Primal Expanse have such capability since the Chaotic Essence in their world was similar to the energy found within Demon Cores.
Once they returned to the Mystic Valley, the Divine Fox of Grand Prophecy appeared before them with a weird expression on her face.
She had watched their interaction with the Starfire Dragon and was left speechless by the results.
"Are you really human?" she suddenly asked Yuan with a doubtful face.
"Of course. What makes you think otherwise?"
The Divine Fox of Grand Prophecy explained, "Because humans aren't capable of using the power of our world. Moreover, you managed to create an incomplete Chaotic Heart. Are you perhaps half human and half Primal?"
The Divine Fox of Grand Prophecy had always suspected Yuan's identity since the very beginning, but due to so many confusing factors, it was nearly impossible to confirm anything about him.
"No, I am full human. I am also unsure why I can cultivate Chaotic Essence, but I think it might have sothing to do with my physique."
The Divine Fox of Grand Prophecy pondered for a mont before responding, "If I recall correctly, so humans are born with special bodies and bloodlines, just like Primals, but they're incredibly rare."
"What about your healing abilities? Is that also due to your unique physique?"
"No, that's sothing else entirely."
"Is that so? Well, I won't pry further. Anyway, I believe you may have forgotten about sothing."
"Oh? I also had the sa feeling, but I don't rember what exactly."
"You were supposed to acquire a treasure that will allow to use more Chaotic Essence than I currently contain, and the Starfire Dragon had sothing like that, but you let him go without it."
"Ah, right. I rember now. With that said, I was only going to do that if I killed him, which I didn't. Also, he would beco suspicious of my identity if I suddenly asked for his treasure. I'm supposed to be royalty, after all."
"Dragon's Influence, huh? I was extrely shocked when you used it. Does your world have dragons, too?"
"Of course. In fact, I think the beasts in my world originally ca from the Primal Expanse. The only difference is that they cultivate different resources."
"It's possible, but there is only one individual who can confirm that—the Primal Monarch." The Divine Fox of Grand Prophecy said.
"Anyway, now that you've dealt with my annoying neighbor, you'll need to find a treasure that can temporarily boost my Chaotic Essence. The closest place with sothing like that would be the Phoenixes' territory. They're about three months away from here."
Yuan narrowed his eyes at this information.
"Phoenixes' territory?"
He wondered if they could help accelerate Feng Yuxiang's recovery. Despite his efforts in constantly feeding her his blood, there were still no signs that she would awaken anyti soon.
"Yes, but there is a slight problem. The phoenixes in this world aren't kind to dragons. In fact, they detest each other to the point where they will attack each other on sight. I'm afraid you won't get near them, much less acquire their treasure.
"You call that a slight problem?" Yuan said with a raised eyebrow.
The Divine Fox of Grand Prophecy shrugged and said, "Then you'll have to visit the Divine Dragon Sanctuary. They're pretty far from here, but there is a space tunnel nearby that will shorten the trip to two years… from two hundred years."
Yuan shook his head and said, "No, I'll visit the phoenixes' territory. I have so business with them, regardless of the treasure."
"Are you sure? Even the Shadow Dweller won't be able to protect you there." The Divine Fox said as she shifted her gaze to Yingzi.
While Yingzi was undoubtedly powerful, she was not among the most powerful beings in the Primal Expanse. As a matter of fact, she was far from it. Yuan looked at Yingzi and asked her, "I never asked you, but how strong are you?"
Due to her unique existence, it was impossible to determine Yingzi's cultivation base unless she disclosed it herself.
"Early Chaotic Emperor," she calmly revealed.
"Only Early Chaotic Emperor?" Yuan was a little surprised to hear that she was only slightly stronger than the Starfire Dragon in terms of cultivation, as she had been incredibly confident throughout their journey.
The Starfire Dragon had a cultivation equivalent of Divine Sovereign in the Nine Heavens, so Yingzi would only be as strong as a Divine Ancestor.
"You shouldn't underestimate a Shadow Dweller because, just like you, they're far more powerful in reality due to their unique abilities to control shadows." The Divine Fox of Grand Prophecy said.
"At her level, she can probably defeat even a Chaotic Overlord, much less a Perfect Chaotic Emperor, and the difference between a Chaotic Emperor and a Chaotic Overlord is imnse, sort of like the difference between being a mortal and an immortal in your world."
"However, the Phoenix territory you'll be heading to is a rank two territory, with rank one being the strongest and rank three being the weakest. In a rank two territory, there will be multiple Chaotic Immortals and a single one has the capability to erase you from existence with their breath alone."
"What rank is the Mystic Valley?" Yuan asked out of curiosity.
The Divine Fox of Grand Prophecy laughed out loud, "Hahaha! My territory doesn't even qualify to be ranked! Only large communities with many powerful Predators are qualified. This place is a small house on an island in comparison."
