"I enjoy playing music," he said. "The zither, especially."

"D-don't worry, Lady Xu, Your Majesty, our Shen Family will take care of it as soon as possible…" Shen Shi spoke, but she didn't look confident at all.
After all, their opponent was an Immortal, and there was not a single Immortal in the Fifth Heaven, much less the Shen Family.
"If you need any help, we're more than willing to help," said Yuan.
"If the Dragon King—my father finds out that we failed to protect you, our heads will roll." Shen Shi politely refused their help.

Hearing this, Tan Songyun beca even more convinced that Tian Kai was inside the Shen Family.
"What are their nas?" she asked a mont later.
"One is a young lady from the Xi Family. The other is a Dragon Emperor."
"They're not human?" Tan Songyun frowned.
"Of course not."
"Are you sure their identities are real?" Tan Songyun inquired.
"How rude! Of course, they are real! Why would they fake their identities?!"
"Then let confirm it," said Tan Songyun.
"Who the hell are you to make such a demand, anyway?!"
Tan Songyun raised her arm and flipped her palm toward the sky, revealing a floating symbol.
"You're a mber of the Vengeful Fairies?" The elders of the Shen Family recognized her faction.
Though not as powerful or prestigious as the Celestial Overlords, the Vengeful Fairies are a very influential faction with countless connections throughout the Nine Heavens. This faction only accepts female mbers, and to join, a woman must have been wronged by a man in the past. This rule not only gives the faction a unique identity but also creates a strong bond among its mbers.
Furthermore, mbers of the Vengeful Fairies often track down the man who wronged them to exact their revenge as a ritual of sorts. This tradition is so widely known that even if a mber attacked the Celestial Emperor himself, the people would only question what the Celestial Emperor had done to wrong that mber, not the attack itself.
"I believe the man who wronged is currently within the Shen Family. If you prevent from confronting him, I will return with my fellow sisters," Tan Songyun declared. "However, if I am mistaken, I will offer a proper apology and compensate you all for the trouble I've caused here."
The elders of the Shen Family were caught in a dilemma. mbers of the Vengeful Fairies were notoriously stubborn and often unreasonable when pursuing those who had wronged them. "I promise that I just want to confirm the identity of the individual playing the zither. If he's not the one I am looking for, I will quietly withdraw and never bother the Shen Family again." Tan Songyun added a mont later.
anwhile, inside the building, Yuan raised an eyebrow after realizing that the Immortal was there for him.
'She's here for ? Could she be…?'

"Your Majesty! Lady Xi! We apologize for the commotion!" The mbers of the Shen Family quickly lowered their heads to bow.
Yuan responded, "It's fine. I don't bla any of you for it."
While Xi ili and Shen Shi halted before reaching the destroyed gates, Yuan continued forward. Noticing his approach, the guards surrounding Tan Songyun quickly stepped aside to clear a path for him.
A few monts later, Yuan stopped just a few steps short of reaching Tan Songyun.
