When Gaia's Cultivation System started working, he could feel Eternal Essence being gathered around his Dantian. However, it did not enter his Dantian until the Eternal Essence was refined into another energy that felt similar on the surface.
'This Limitless… It feels almost identical to Eternal Essence, yet there is something fundamentally different about it,' Yuan thought as he examined the strange energy.

After all, he was not cultivating in the traditional manner, but through Gaia's Cultivation System, which possessed an entirely separate cultivation speed.
"How long will it take me to reach this Third Ascension level?" Yuan asked Mei Feng a moment later.
"At your current speed? About twenty to thirty years," she calmly replied.
"At least twenty years? That's too long…" Yuan frowned.
"If you cultivate purely using Gaia's Cultivation System, it's normal. Not to mention, your Credential Rank is only at Rank 1. Of course, there are methods to improve your cultivation speed, the most obvious being to increase your Credential Rank."
"What other methods are there?" Yuan inquired.
Mei Feng retrieved another object and showed it to Yuan.
"Gaia's Stone? No… It's a little different," Yuan mumbled after seeing the crystal-like object on her palms that resembled Gaia's Stone at a glance.
"This is called Gaia's Gift. If you consume it, your cultivation speed will directly increase by a single rank. It's useful up to Rank 3."
'There are also levels to my cultivation speed?' Yuan raised an eyebrow.
He quickly checked his status, and sure enough, something new was present.
