There was a beautiful woman at the register that greeted ixiu the mont she walked inside.

"How long have you been living here?"
"About a week."
"I see, I see. And what are you looking for today?"
ixiu looked around to make sure nobody else was there.
"It's okay, we are alone here." The woman smiled at her actions, finding it cute.
"T-Then can I get so birth control pills?" ixiu said in a low voice.
The woman's eyes widened with surprise after hearing ixiu's needs. It was truly way out of her expectations.
She suddenly chuckled and said, "Your boyfriend is a very lucky man to have a beautiful young lady like you. How many pills do you want? A single box can last you a month."
"Just a box is fine," ixiu quickly replied.
"I understand. What about so rubber? You want those for your boyfriend as well?"
"Rubber?" ixiu raised her eyebrows.
"Condoms. This way, you won't need to continuously take pills. However, your boyfriend might not like using them, and it won't feel as good when you do it." The woman gave her a detailed explanation.

After leaving the store, ixiu decided to stock up on groceries since she was already there.

"I can't believe I am actually taking birth control pills…" ixiu mumbled to herself.
She laid on her bed that still lingered with Yuan's fragrance a mont later, making it feel like he was still in the room.
"Yuan…" ixiu closed her eyes and spent the rest of the day recalling their intimate experience.
