Jacob returned to the secret underground chamber, and he finally felt like himself again. Nonetheless, he remained in a daze for a while since what he just experienced couldn’t be described in words. It was like a vivid dream, yet not at the sa ti.
"W-what just happened!? I suddenly felt your consciousness wasn’t here for a second...?" Nyx’s bewildered yet worried voice sounded.
Nyx, as a Beast of Primordial Nightmare, was sensitive to illusions or anything related to them; that’s why she instantly caught the change in Jacob’s consciousness despite Jacob cutting off her vision ever since he had entered the Temple of the Blazing Fla.
Jacob snapped out of his stupor and asked with a hint of surprise, "Only a second has passed?"
"Indeed, that’s why I wasn’t able to react in ti. Just what is going on out there?!" Nyx asked with a frustrated tone.
"Nothing, just focus on your task at hand." Jacob impassively said, and no longer paid attention to Nyx.
He wasn’t in the mood to talk with Nyx, and mused with a fearful glimr in his eyes, ’So that person I had the point of view of was the Holy Justice God...but what about the other one? Furthermore, from that vision, I can safely assu that this Trace Faith Idol was created a long ti ago.
’Moreover, to deliver this Trace Faith Idol in the Middle Plains, the Holy Justice God hired that entity from the Void. At least now I know how this Trace Faith Idol appeared within the Cardinal Spirit Temple of the Middle Plains.
’But what truly shocking is Holy Justice God’s connection with the Void, and from their conversation, I can tell the Void didn’t have a good reputation among the Gods, or there’s sothing more to it.

Jacob’s eyes flickered with a profound glint as he looked at the Trace Faith idol, ’I can vividly rember the technique that the Holy Justice God used to create this Trace Faith Idol now...was this so kind of inheritance mory or so hidden ability of the Judgnt Gaze that I’m unaware of?’
Jacob felt he had not only gotten in touch with the secret of a God but also gotten a precious technique out of it.
However, the most significant gain of Jacob was actually sothing else, as he looked at the Trace Faith Idol, and he felt a foreign connection with it. Although the connection was vague, Jacob could sense it was there, and it was related to his Eyes of Judge.
After a mont of hesitation, Jacob moved his hand towards the ceremonial chalice, and this ti he didn’t use any protection at all, only his Eyes of Judge were fully activated.
As Jacob’s hand approached the chalice, it reached the point where his avatar had been, and as a result, it turned into ashes, and he was ready to retreat if sothing unexpected happened.
But the mont Jacob’s hand passed that point, nothing happened, and he didn’t experience any kind of hurdle at all.
Jacob’s eyes flickered as his hand’s speed increased, and he finally touched the ceremonial chalice, and despite being made of bones, Jacob felt an icy sensation at the tip of his finger.
However, nothing too extre happened, and Jacob finally grabbed the Ceremonial Chalice under the Trace Faith Idol. The latter didn’t react in any way, as if it were just an ordinary statue.
Jacob didn’t wait around and instantly picked up the Ceremonial Chalice, and there was no restriction on it, and the next mont, he sent it into the Infinity Pendant!
To Jacob’s surprise, even after he retrieved the Ceremonial Chalice, nothing happened.
At that mont, Jacob has a bold thought as he looked at the Trace Faith Idol of the Holy Justice God, ’Since this Trace Faith Idol is the dium that gather the Godly Faith Nectar, and the Holy Justice God seed to have paid a steep price to sent it here, how would he react when he finds out it has vanished?’
Jacob’s eyes flickered with malice and a hint of evil amusent as he considered, ’The Holy Justice God seed to be a scheming bastard with no bottom line, and he’ll do anything for benefits. Furthermore, he might be involved with my reincarnation, so I have to face him eventually.
’This Trace Faith Idol is made out of the Holy Justice God’s ’Divine Power’ and its power rank is higher than even Quasi-Myth. It’s a good research material and Black chanic can analyze it to strengthen itself...’
No matter how much Jacob thought, there were nothing but benefits if he could get his hands on this Trace Faith Idol.
Furthermore, he didn’t need to worry about the Holy Justice God finding it with other thods since he would be keeping the Trace Faith Idol within the Infinite Space.
After making his decision, Jacob boldly approached the Trace Faith Idol on the altar. With the mysterious connection ford between them, Jacob was able to approach it without any possibility of retaliation.
Just as Jacob suspected, he could easily touch the Trace Faith Idol, and it was extrely warm to touch, but there was a mystical intent hidden within it.
Jacob didn’t dare to be careless and directly stow it away, as he was afraid the connection might break at any mont. Only when the Idol vanished did Jacob feel relief.
’I can now get out here. Wait?’ Jacob was just about to retreat when his eyes stopped on the empty altar where the Trace Faith Idol and Ceremonial Chalice were placed.
He only hesitated for a mont before he dug out the altar carefully and stowed it away. After all, since this altar was placed together with the Trace Faith Idol and the Ceremonial Chalice, it should be another priceless treasure or research material.
Jacob couldn’t leave it to the morons of the Cardinal Spirit Temple, and there was also a chance this altar might be a dium that could connect the Upper Plains to the Middle Plains!
