"Impossible! What were Myriad Runic King and Black Fire King doing?! They couldn’t be suppressed this easily!" One of the Legendary Kings berated with a hint of apprehension.
"B-but...that’s what h-happened, and...and...that survivor is only a Legendary L-Lord! His Highness Black Fire King and Myriad Runic King confird it b-before they tried to detain that person, but instead, they were suppressed without even being able to resist!" The ssenger stamred when he revealed this important yet humiliating event.
This ti, the three leaders and legendary kings were even more shocked, and disbelief surfaced in their eyes.
Even if this was so Legendary Lord who comprehended superior law like Space, Ti, or Destruction, suppressing two Legendary Kings still seed far-fetched, not to ntion that the Legendary Lord did it effortlessly, according to the ssenger.
At this mont, the Wise King gravely asked while suppressing the easiness in his heart, "You just said he only suppressed them and didn’t harm anyone? He just wants to have an audience with us?"
"Y-yes!" The ssenger nodded, but even he didn’t seem to believe it.
"It is unlike the undead army of the Undead Skyfall Canyons. Those vile things are mindless killing machines, and all our tries to talk with them have failed so far..." The Spirit Eye King looked at the Wise King as she gave her opinion, which was also similar to the Wise King’s own trail of thoughts.
At this mont, the Giant War King finally spoke to the ssenger coldly, while secretly deactivating the spell he was readying to flee, "Did he identify himself? Don’t tell it’s one of the Dead Faction bastards?"
The ssenger hesitated as he replied, "He refused to give a na. He only said... he seeks an audience with the three supre leaders. But no trap or alarm formations that were supposed to detect the Dark Beings were activated."
The silence thickened again because the Life Faction has already been fighting with the Dead Faction, and they have also developed thods to kill them most effectively.

"Do as his highness, Giant War King, says." The Wise King nodded, followed by the Spirit Eye King, as they also wanted to at least listen to this person.
"Yes!" The ssenger finally agreed and quickly left.
As the chamber doors closed again, they all secretly gathered their magic power just in case this ’survivor’ wasn’t friendly.
The Sanctuary Bastion’s inner hall was wrapped in layered light formations, each array humming with solemn vigilance. Pillars of radiance stretched to the ceiling, casting long shadows over the gathered Legendary Kings.
At this mont, the doors groaned open, and every gaze turned at once.
A lone figure stepped inside. She wore a dark cloak, its hem torn and stained by mist and ash. The fabric clung to her fra as though reluctant to part from the deathly winds outside.
Her steps were steady, neither hurried nor hesitant, and the mont her presence crossed the threshold, the temperature dropped.
It was subtle, but for beings of their level, subtlety was more alarming than violence.
The Giant War King’s pupils constricted first. The Wise King’s fingers paused mid-motion. The Spirit Eye King’s third eye flickered instinctively.
They all confird at this mont that this survivor was indeed a peak Legendary Lord. Unless he was even higher rank than them, he couldn’t conceal his power rank, or there was a treasure surpassing their imagination on this person’s body.
