At this mont, as the Soulless Palace crumbled, a dark vortex began to form and started to swallow the entire Soulless Palace as if a passage to an endless abyss, and nothing could escape it!
Furthermore, as the Soulless Palace was being swallowed, the vortex started to expand, and every Ghost Race mber in the Legendary Rank sensed it, and they almost lost their mind with fear and uncertainty.
No one witnessed this terrifying scene. However, at this mont, the space above the Vortex suddenly ripped apart, and an eerie figure enshrouded in inky darkness levitated out of the split space.
An infinity-shaped object was hovering in front of this mysterious figure. When this figure witnessed the scene below, it seed indifferent, as if the power emitted by the vortex had little effect on it.
A gruff, spooky voice rang from its hooded head, "The Cursed One used its power again in this region before vanishing again. How are you hiding it? Moreover, why did these fluctuations feel sowhat familiar?"
The figure sounded intrigued yet sowhat frustrated, and then it suddenly pointed its sharp finger toward the vortex, and a black streak shot toward the vortex.
A few monts passed, and the figure spoke again, "Oh, a trace of divine power…and it's corroded with the Void? How strange, the Cursed One was so close to a Child of Void, yet I wasn't able to detect it.
"The only possibility is that the Cursed One is using sothing that can hide a Godly Artifact's traces unless it is being used…the only thing that is capable of hiding a Godly Artifact is another Godly Artifact…
"Impossible! How could soone have two Godly Artifact in Zodiac Plains and the Cursed One at that, the harbinger of Universal Misfortune!" He started to shake his head hysterically.
"But this is the only explanation, or could it be the Cursed One had entered an unknown territory of progress? Yes! It has to be it! This generation of Cursed One is special, and I might not be able to capture the Cursed One with my new plan as well!
"However, I need to find the Cursed One first and see for myself how the Cursed One is eluding its own Artifact Component! Furthermore, since this place was the last place where the Cursed One used the Artifact, and it has the corrosion of Void, I can use it to strengthen myself!"
The next mont, the figure flickered its finger, and the expanding vortex that seed to swallow everything suddenly stopped in its tracks and began to shrink at a terrifying rate!
"You will not escape the next ti, Cursed One!"
Done declaring, without hesitation, the figure directly dived into the shrinking vortex!

Within the Infinite Space, Jacob stood in front of the Soul Ghost King Alma.
However, unlike her majestic shadowy ghost-self, Alma lost her power and Ghost Form the mont she stepped into Infinite Space. She was now in her true form, which wasn't any different from Blackwell or Soulless Ghost King, except for her womanly features, ash white hair and her eyes were completely white, and her most striking feature was a mysterious purple glyph between her glabella as it shimred over her translucent skin.
Alma was incredulous. She couldn't believe what had just happened. She stared at her hands as if she hadn't seen them for a very, very long ti, as if she had forgotten she looked this way.
But what appalled her even further was that her power had been wholly quashed in this strange place, and she couldn't even feel her Soul Totem or bloodline anymore.
However, she was still the Soul Ghost King, and she quickly suppressed the uneasiness in her heart and looked towards Jacob, who was still in his Soulless Ghost King form.
"What is this place?" she inquired, her voice transford from an eerie tone to a more feminine one, revealing a subtle hint of vigilance despite her efforts to conceal it.
Jacob looked at Alma, no longer worried about her, and he didn't reply right away. Instead, he deactivated the Gluttony Mask, and under Alma's incredulous expression, Jacob revealed his true self!
Alma instinctively took a step back, especially when the Eyes of Judge revealed themselves. It was as if those flas could burn past her every secret, and she was right!
The mont Jacob saw Alma with his Eyes of Judge, he was astounded because, despite her Ghost Race form, her anatomy seed different. On top of that, her magic orbits and soul star were also different from Soulless Ghost King and Blackwell.
Lastly, what surprised Jacob the most was the glyph, which was spread all over her body like tree roots and interconnected her soul, magic, and an unknown power he had never seen within a ghost race mber before.
"A Ghost with a Ghost Form is truly different from those without one. I guess it was the right decision not to kill you imdiately." Jacob impassively stated as he looked at Alma as if she was an excellent test subject.
This gave Alma the creeps as if she was under the gaze of a predator; it had been a long ti since she felt absolute fear of soone else. Not even the Soulless Ghost King can instill such terror in her that Jacob established within a few seconds.
After all, now that she knew the Soulless Ghost King wasn't actually the real one. Instead, this mysterious entity had been pretending to be him all this ti and was able to trick not only her but the Throne of the Soulless; she knew whoever this person was, he was far above her level.
"Who is Your Excellency, and what is this place? How did my Ghost Race offend you?" Her tone changed as she tried to be as respectful as possible while secretly trying to tap into her power, even trying to burn her soul. No matter what she tried, it was hopeless.
Not even the glyph on her forehead, which might not even be suppressed by a Quasi-Myth, wasn't reacting to her call. She realized she had made a massive mistake by entering this strange place. Her freedom had clouded her judgnt, and her arrogance dood her.
Now, she was at the complete rcy of Jacob!
Jacob was intrigued by Alma's change in tone. He was used to her indifferent and icy deanor as the Soul Ghost King. Yet, in the end, she was submissive like any other in the face of absolute power!
"Well, I think I owe you this much. This is my world, making the God here, so any resistance is aningless. As for who I am?" Jacob's eyes flickered coldly, "For starters, I'm the one who killed your brother when he tried to cross . I'm also the one who killed your husband when he invaded my privacy.
"Last but not least, I'm the one who is holding your life in my hand, and resistance is futile. So, I suggest you to cooperate with while I'm still interested in your curious powers unless you prefer to be dissected and make it unpleased for both of us."
Jacob's words were like the devil as he impassively glared at Alma, who was now trembling with rage, hatred, terror, and all kinds of emotions emitting from her, yet Jacob remained different as he asked while releasing his killing intent.
"So, what it'll be?"
